The restaurant was clean and tidy and we were able to get a table fairly quickly. In addition to Chinese BBQ, they also serve traditional Cantonese/HK style cafe food. All of us had the Double Mixed BBQ Plate where you can choose 2 different types of BBQ meats served with rice ($12). I found the roast pork to be very thinly sliced here and I don't think the crackling was as crispy as it should've been. Flavour wise it was good though. The char siu was on the leaner side than what I'd prefer but it wasn't dry.
We also ordered a side of Chinese Sausages to share as some of my friends hadn't tried it before. Unfortunately it was served cold so it was not as appetizing as it could've been. Not straight out of the fridge cold but it wasn't room temperature either. The BBQ wasn't the best I've had but I wouldn't mind coming back to try their other Cantonese style dishes. read more
