This older lady was a bit confused on where to exit and instead of him saying "please exit over here" he just pointed and assumed she knew what he meant. I think it was like 90% payout. They actually scan at $4.99! ....that is a huge savings if you are a chocolate fan. you can get a shower here for $8 that's a lot cheaper than at Pilot and TA truck stops! West Concord is a very small farm community between Owatonna and Rochester. It's not the kind of place that you'd assume could support a brunch buffet like this. From outside it looks like every little small town cafe. Once inside you see the framed prints covering the wall. Booths line the left and right walls. The scoops are shared by everyone and are only sitting in a container of water between uses instead of being washed or sanitized. Considering how many people do not wash their hands after using the restroom, I was uncomfortable using a community scoop that everyone touches, so I skipped the ice cream entirely. Overall, it's a decent place to fill up on food, but the flavor and sanitation concerns keep it from being somewhere I would highly recommend.
