All the food is freshly made, and if you pick the seats by the door around the teppan yaki table you can even watch your sushi and/or grilled meats being prepared. The set menus all contain a large number of smallish portions, and usually include sushi, grilled meats or fish in their delicious sauces, tempura, dim-sum, and excellent fried rice or noodles at the end for filling up purposes.
