After initial discussions, he made an appointment with us and came out to our house the next week to discuss details. As we were describing what we wanted, he began to draw out a floor plan of a house he had built in the past that was exactly what we wanted. After agreeing on the floor plan, Chris went to work and gave us a quote within a few days. We spoke, in total, to 4 different builders, and he gave us the fastest turnaround time on floor plans and cost estimates than any. We choose Chris to build our home because we knew he would manage our construction in a professional and honest manner. We knew Chris was watching over things and knew if something went wrong he would fix it. I was always told that building a house would be one of the most stressful things ever done. However, this was not the case working with Chris. We would call and ask questions and he would always answer the phone and be willing to help. He would continually give us updates. All we had to think about was which flooring, which cabinets or what color we wanted the house. The so called "stress" of building wasn't there. In every construction project there will be a problem that pops up; however, if Chris called with an issue, he was always up front and provided options on how to resolve it. We started our build in February and were moving in by August. I would highly recommend PNP Construction. If we ever remodel or add an addition in the future, Chris will be the first one we call!

I was very specific in what I needed and wanted accomplished, to the extent I sent detailed information, links to visuals of desired (type) work and video of similar projects. Although reminded of the info, I'm not confident that the owner ever took the time to review the information sent. There seems to be very little upfront planning or preparation on his part. The work was not as expected in any way. The owner also had issues with his team, which diminished in size (number) during the work effort. There were scheduling issues and last minute cancellations on planned days of work as well. My desire was to create a Rustic (Faux) Beam, concealing water pipes, and replacing a sheetrock wall and the frame of a mirror with a Finished look of wainscoting and trim. The end result was Crude, poorly aligned, unfinished (no caulking of seams, etc.) and more akin to the appearance of an outdoor "shed". There was little to no prep to cover/ protect floors, nor the exposed porcelain fixtures. There were clean-up issues from the home entry point to the actual work space. Needeless to say, Not pleased, especially for the time, effort and financial investment made.

We just bought a property in the Blue Ridge area and wanted a thorough deep clean before moving in. Suzanne was responsive, offered a fair price, and could come within our timeframe. Day of the cleaning they were a few hours late. No biggie because we weren't there. Later that evening I received photos of the finished job. Mostly dark and blurry, impossible to judge a proper clean from. I offered to pay 50% now and 50% 2 days later once we arrived. I was told by Suzanne their payment policy required up front payment. I had never seen this policy but since she had access to my cabin and I wasn't there, I decided to trust her and said I expected them to come back out if anything was not as expected once I arrived. When we arrived to the cabin 2 days later after 11 hours of driving, I was incredibly disappointed to find our cabin still filthy. I was so shocked that I cried. I was concerned that I had been scammed. There was dust everywhere. Floors very clearly were not vacuumed. There was stuff all over the rugs, dead bugs on the floors. Every baseboard was caked in dust. The closets clearly weren't touched. Dust and random objects all over the floors and baseboards. The inside and outside of our kitchen cabinets were so dirty. These were all items on the agreed upon checklist that should have been cleaned. Suzanne sent two people out two days later to redo the cleaning. Arielle and Angie were amazing and did a great job. When they arrived they didn't have any of the proper cleaning supplies because they were told the house was clean and just needed some touch ups. They were shocked by how much cleaning was needed and ended up spending ~4 hours deep cleaning with me helping. I personally spent 4 hours cleaning my kitchen since the inside, outside and tops of cabinets were not touched. I'm glad Suzanne sent people out to redo the job, but I cannot believe this was necessary in the first place. I never even received a simple apology for my experience. If I were a business owner I would never allow that poor level of service for a customer. My assumption is that she outsourced the job to someone and never saw the finished work herself or she would not have allowed this.
