I asked for a correction on a prescription that was sent to Walgreens. Dr Kahn told me he was updating all my Rx. He neglected to do so. The correction was also not sent. I went in for an appointment. They told me I did not have an appointment that day even though I had a card stating I had an appointment that day. I understand there will not be a physician in the office only a physician assistant. I'm not comfortable with not having an physician in the office.

We previously had a doctor but the hours were abnormal, so we switched to another doctor and their billing was absurd. We finally found Dr. Fletcher, and she was able to see my husband immediately due to a cold he was experiencing. Her staff is small, as well as the office, but it is pleasant and quiet. There is essentially no wait time and Dr. Fletcher is very thorough. If you are looking for glamourous and state of the art, this is not the place, but if you are looking for a doctor who is genuinely interested in making sure you feel better and get to a better state of health, I feel Dr. Fletcher would be a great choice. We are pleased to say we have a primary care doctor and will be using Dr. Fletcher for all our medical needs.
