Before I left I asked for a hard copy of the prescription. They told me they would send it electronically. I went to the pharmacy and it was not called in. I called the office to say I was coming to pick up the script. When I arrived prescription was not ready. It is now 8:41 pm and I am still waiting for the prescription. The young lady at the front desk has been completely rude since I came back. I have been nice to her but she is probably one of the reasons the place has bad ratings because the other front desk worker and doctor seemed nice. They need to get organized. Provider needs to get scripts out faster.
