Today we experienced the best customer service from Chelsea my father in law purchased 2 new mobile phones from a different vendor who advised us to go to Telstra, we walked past Wolf Taralgon and decided to ask if they could help change the sim cards from the old phones. Go here for help with my Motorola phone. The staff are friendly The ones I have dealth with manage not to laugh outright when I tell them what my phone is up too. As in " the little green man is dead!" They had not seen the little green Android "dead' before. I wanted to burry it with grace and they reassurrected it. No comment :) So of course I think the staff are wonderful. The system has been well worked out. I go in and I think they run. No seriously the staff are really helpful.. Team effort is sometimes needed as ususaly it is several things I go in for at one time. read more
