We needed a license pcm dealer and they swore up and down that they were. Weren't able to go through our warranty after the work was done and had to pay out of pocket, so just confirm. Okay, Wolf Watersports is awesome. We have owned a Masrercraft NXT22 for almost 2 years and we store it in Havasu and take it to Wolf for 50 hours services and any other service needs. Drove 650 miles to Wolf Water Sports in Lake Havasu and it was worth it! Can't say enough good about Jeremy, Ashley and the rest of the crew at Wolf Water Sports in Lake Havasu, AZ. After stumping the dealer in my local state 3 times and giving up on another local referral, we missed out on the 2023 boating season trying to resolve my perplexing engine problems with my 2016 Axis A24 wake board boat. I didn't want to miss out on the season again this year so I looked for a place in the western US that had a good reputation, close proximity to a body or water (for ease of lake testing), and year-round boat-able weather. After checking around in Lake Havasu it was clear that Wolf Water Sports was my best bet. Ashley and the rest of the crew were great from our first contact and throughout the repair process. The engine ended up having multiple issues - the last of which was terribly perplexing for all of us! But Jeremy and the rest of the crew were persistent, innovative, resourceful, and extremely persistent and figured it out! And they took the extra time to go on a lake test with our family for as long as we wanted until we were all convinced that the boat was running perfectly! Ashley kept us up to date with regular contact throughout the process. I honestly don't think any other repair shop in the USA would have remained as committed and determined to figure it out - especially since Wolf is not even an Axis focused shop - their Mastercraft. And after all the extra efforts they put into getting my boat fully operational their charges to us was more than fair. I took my family out to Havasu for a week and after putting our boat (Mastercraft NXT20) in the water the first day and attempting to fill the ballast, I realized one of my ballast pumps wasn't working. I brought the boat to Ridge at Wolf Watersports the next morning, right when they opened. I didn't have any appointment but Ridge took care of me like I was family. Within about 10 minutes he had the original Tsunami Pump out, and the new one in. I think the paperwork for the MC Warranty took longer than the pump change. We have used Wolf Watersports a couple of times now. We first found them when we were looking for an authorized Mastercraft dealer because our boat was overheating. My daughter had taken our boat out and it started over heating. She replaced the impeller, which had disintegrated, but the boat was still overheating and water was now coming out of the water pump housing. She put the boat away and my husband and I went out the following weekend. Where he figured the water pump needed to be replaced and possibly the thermostat. We called Wolf Watersports and spoke to Ashley, who was very friendly, and told us we could bring the boat in as it might be under warranty. We left our boat, which is hard for my husband, as he is a mechanic, and it is hard to trust just anyone. Ashley kept in contact with us as to the status of the overheating issue. They needed to keep the boat to figure out exactly what the issue was and we left if there along with the key to our storage unit. They got everything figured out, replaced the water pump, thermostat and cleaned out some area that pieces of impeller had lodged to cause a blockage of water flow, which my daughter could not get to originally because of tooling. Ridge contacted my husband and explained what he had done and found, and my husband was very impressed with his knowledge and how well the whole staff attended to our boat. Since they had our boat, we opted to have them do all necessary services to allow my husband to not have to do it and we could just enjoy boating. When they returned our boat to our storage, they took the extra time to cover it, as we do, and called us to let us know the boat was put away and how we could get our key. On another trip, we ended up needing to replace our prop as it got bent when it hit against a rock. We told Ashley, what day we would be there and from the time we got there to the time we left it was 12 minutes! They replaced the prop, and had our bent one fixed. Ashley and Ridge were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! It is so nice to know that we can call on them and they will get the answer we need. With my husband being a mechanic, it's hard for him to release the work to someone, but he was throughly impressed with them and now he can actually just enjoy boating and doesn't have to work before we can go out and enjoy the lake! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Wolf Watersports for everything! I met Ridge at wolf watersports about 2 1/2 years ago.. (October 2020) we had just moved our boat from the northwest to Lake Havasu City. We did not purchase our boat from wolf but I would never know that with the stellar service I've had with them since day one. We had some gel coat issues in transport of our 1200 mile trip.. "no problem we will make it look show room new".. they did. Every service, factory service bulletin, glitch, etc.. they are always there to get us back on the water asap. Where to start, Ridge was walking down the channel in Havasu introducing himself and we just so happened to have issues when he walked up, we had a dead battery and were dead in the water. After talking Ridge went and got a jumper and powered us up and long story short took the boat in that night and put new batteries, figured out the issues (computer) and her ready for us by Sunday morning at 9am so we could enjoy the next two days on the water. This summer I was lucky enough to be referred to Wolf Watersports in Havasu City. It was there I met Ridge. Over the course of the summer Ridge repaired several ballast leaks and made improvements on the ballast system of my boat. He also installed a brand new Go Surf Assist system. Ridge is hands-down the best mechanic I've had work on my boats. He found and quickly fixed issues others could not find.
