She has really great Black Friday deals, and is just very affordable over anyone else. In the beginning, I was having a lot of difficulty with my neck, and my back because of a sciatica issue & a bulge in a disk by my spine. Which actually was diagnosed years ago causing pinched nerves into my neck. So the deals I've gotten by buying more than one massage at a time gave me the opportunity to see her more often. Let me tell you, that first year I was trying to work on my health all around so I started hiking and walking and discovered my posture was bad too! Those massages coming every 3 months was a major benefit for me, although I should've been going once a month at that time. It was crazy how getting those massages always fixed things and loosened up very tight muscles. To this day I'm still going for an hour massage every 3 months-there's been time when I'm feeling like I don't need to go but I do & it's a good thing! Now at least when I go I'm not in the terrible shape I was before, but there's always a great massage that works out alot of stuff I'm not feeling like I used to(if that makes sense!) Monica has used cupping on me in the past, that was great also. She is a very nice person, knows what she's doing, and although their place is small, it's just her and her mom-they do great massage.. She even now has 90 minute massages you can get. So there are 30, 60, and 90 minute ones. Getting ready for my upcoming appointment in March & looking forward to it. I don't know what I'd do if I never came across her through friends years ago at Salon 101 in downtown Lapeer! My migraines have gotten better too. Check them out. So she puts me in a back room i tell her I want 90 minutes she days ok but then 5 minutes later moves me to another room and tells me only can do 60 minutes. I have quite a few problems from both trauma/surgery and overuse/strain due to sports, and she is able to take my long list of issues I'd like to address in that session, and she quickly puts together a plan of how to address everything in the time allotted. During sessions, she is attentive to problems that sometimes come up, like cramping, particular sensitivities, etc and you are always comfortable with her bolsters, blankets, etc when you need to change position. The facility was great with text reminders, receiving payment, etc and the owners are delightful and welcoming. Love the space they've created. I'll definitely be a regular and highly recommend them!
