I've reached out over and over again and have never been able to reach a human being. They might give the best massages in the world but they have the worst customer services I've ever experienced. It has been a wasted $160 and a blown anniversary opportunity. I'm currently trying to get Groupon to refund me for these massages so I can take my business somewhere else. I will likely try this place one more time with another massage therapist and revise my review appropriately, as I did really like how I was treated before and after the massage and because I came to this place seeing that it has some great reviews. So, here we go: Pros: 1. Welcoming staff. 2.Good costumer service after the fact 3. Quaint feel Cons: *1. The massage therapist's service--no continuity/flow in the massage, she jumped from one body part to another haphazardly and quickly (within a minute she would jump from my shoulders, to my shins,back to my shoulders), pressure of massage was also not uniform and seemed haphazard as well; --I felt stressed during/end of the massage 2. The massage therapist's commentary--I heard about medication she was taking and then not taking, I heard about her dog, I heard about her sister, I heard about sunglasses she took off a rack at a store-- multiple topics that jumped around quickly as well. 3.Not sure what the scent was at the time of the massage, but this was not something that I preferred--I realize that this point is more subjective of an experience and that others may be fine with the scent--this point did NOT contribute to the star rating. -I got this massage in 2017. My daughter is 12, we had to have our appts one after the other because they don't have staff, I understand that. So I sat in my car for an hour. Then it was my turn so we switched and she sat in the car for my appt. I tried to have some sort of conversation with the nail tech but she wasn't interested in being friendly. The service she performed was mediocre. My feet are fairly soft with the exception of rough spots on the outside of my big toes. So one spot on each of my bit toes. The rough spots are stiff there, the "massage" never went higher than my ankle and felt more like a tickle rub vs a massage. I also was told by my mother in law that the appt was made for both mani and pedi but we were told we were done after the pedicures. I didn't set it up the appt so we just left. $90 for 2 mediocre pedicures and I still need to give my toes some attention. I assumed this place was amazing since it's in a beautiful historic building and has been in business for years.. but that's not the case. We will not ever be returning. There are many other spas and nail salons where they are happy to have you as a customer and actually do an amazing job for way less than what we spent here. Thankfully we had gift certificates or I would have been very upset at the services performed. I'm rating this place at a 2 because the building, massage chair and heated table you lay on were nice. The paint job was decent as well but there was no scrub, or anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you'll get better service at Le Nails done the road.

It's very beautiful inside & I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. She was very nice. I scheduled a European pedicure & reflexology..... The nail lady was not very friendly at all!! I use a rollator to assist with my walking & had a hard time getting up on the bed. I have MS & I have difficulty with some things. She seemed irritated with me & made me feel bad. The Reflexology lady was nicer but, I won't be back.
