Our closing got delayed as the buyers had a family emergency and we didn't want to pull out all the furniture in case the deal fell through. Bella extended the rental for a week and didn't charge us anything more as a courtesy. Thank you so much Bella. the only strange thing was they didn't take checks. Either cc or Zelle. Ok, I don't own this property by myself and I don't have a joint cc with my partners. It was over the limit set by my bank to pay them, so I had to make multiple payments while I tried to get my bank to up my limit. We agreed upon a $3,000 deposit as I thought a $4,000 deposit was too high. Luckily for me, my apartment sold off the market weeks before it was to be listed. My realtor contacted Sandra TWO WEEKS before the staging was to be done and she refused to refund all or any part of the $3,000 deposit. The contract did state non-refundable; however, it didn't seem reasonable that she would find it conscionable to keep the whole $3,000 deposit. My expectation was for a reasonable conclusion. Not to mention my realtor uses her often. She gave him no regard either (favor to a frequent client since she works with him often). Very disappointed in how Sandra handled this situation. Overall, bad experience, and I would not use this company again.
