I was never looking to make extra money, I was only concerned about the medical bills that Geico, the man's insurance that hit me, refused to pay any of them. It was instantly diagnosed that this accident had caused me to have a compression on my C4 Dash C5 vertebrae and a bulging desk. Potential he of course it can cause issues down the road but I am very proactive about taking care of what needs to be done to prevent that. I honestly am not one for lawyers at all, but Julia Kerr was above and beyond the expectations I ever had of any personal injury lawyer. Like I mentioned above I wasn't looking to get a $2 million settlement or really even anything, I just needed my bills paid from imaging and treatment of my compressed vertebrae/spinal cord. Julia Kerr has been more than helpful, does not waste your time or money, and is legitimately the most personable attorney you will ever meet. She completely understands the circumstances, what you need, and helps you create a quick (for that process and the BS it can entail w insurance companies) outcome that will at the VERY least get your bills paid if not more. I was thankful that she was able to get my lost time compensated (over 2 weeks of work, I was paid hourly at the time) which is very difficult to do from what I understand. But also Geico was refusing to pay all of it so we had to use my uninsured policy for other drivers to even pay the rest of my medical bills. She was efficient, responsive, and just amazingly helpful in every way possible. I work in healthcare so I know sometimes how certain personal injury attorneys can be (more money, who cares about time?!) and I have to say that she completely does not fit any sort of stereotype that you may have. With that being said I would recommend going to her in a heartbeat if you are in the similar situation that I was or if you are really really hurt and need assistance on how to handle the situation. She will do everything in her power, even if you did have to go to court, to make sure that you are getting a satisfied outcome. Thankfully we did not have to go to court, but let me put this in here under no circumstances do I EVER recommend Geico as a car insurance. EVER. Especially if this is how they handled the people they are not insured in an accident, I couldn't imagine what more of a nightmare it would be if you were actually insured by them. I thank god have State Farm and I will tell you, 100% you get what you pay for with car insurance. The Bradley Law Firm/Julia Kerr's paralegals, as well as the receptionists at this firm are also amazing and very easy to work with, they talk to you and they also make sure that you completely understand everything you need and if you don't they will contact whomever they need to to make sure that they give you the answer you were looking for. So as much as I hope that I am never in the situation again. If the problem arise I would go back to Julia and this law firm in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this law firm but I even more highly recommend Julia Kerr especially from this law firm.

This past week we had a wonderful time in St Louis at the Onder Law Christmas Party. It was great…read moreto meet long time friends from on line but now in person. The vibe there was so joyful. The food delicious and the music fantastic. We did not feel out of place. Bev and I were the only ones using scooters but we wandered throughout the whole ballroom many times. Each time we paused to get by...we met a new friend. We were warmly welcomed by everyone. Bev called it a night after three hours ...I saw her back to our wonderful room at Four Seasons. I returned to the party. Our Hearts are so full having been able to travel to St. Louis. The Marines were there collecting Toys for Tots. We had our photo taken with them. I saw them load many boxes of toys throughout the night. It seemed every time I rolled past the front they were filling another box. This was the first time we came to the party. I hope we can do so in the future. This is a fantastic event. Staying at the hotel is well worth the money you spend. It is worth the trip. See review on Four Seasons St Louis. Never heard from him why would someone let alone a Lawyer act like he was concerned after hearing what was going on and not call you back? Instead of just saying can't take your case very disheartening when you already dealing with a lot of stress from your situation.

He seemed to be running at half speed and after reading the trial transcripts he missed several opportunities in defending and when he told my daughter that his defense was that the prosecutor only had to prove his case. Well when you don't object or do an effective cross, you give the jury no other choice. There was no valid test of the charges. If you need a real fighter in the court room, Mr James is not the attorney for you. If your case involves legal technicalities or letters of the law, he is not the attorney for you. Please learn from our mistake. While prosecutors are playing chess, do not have someone playing tiddlywinks representing you.
