I've had the best experiences at Wolfgang Jewelry. I originally came here about a year and a half ago to have an issue fixed with my engagement ring which was purchased elsewhere. After a few jewelers in Miami couldn't fix my issue, I brought it here. Wolfgang himself immediately knew what I was asking for and fixed the issue perfectly and at a very fair price. I was ecstatic. Remembering my amazing experience here, I decided to come here first in my wedding-band shopping journey. I had no idea what I wanted or what would work with my unique engagement ring setting. Michael and Wolfgang, along with help from Mrs. Cortez, found me the absolute perfect wedding band -- it's been a few days since this happened and I am still over the moon happy! My setting was not easy to work with as I wanted something that would sit flush. They were so patient; they showed me so many different options and even showed me books with so many styles and details. Michael then pulled out a ring from the back -- and it was the ONE! It fit my engagement ring absolutely perfectly and it is so breathtakingly STUNNING! I am so excited to wear my ring. The entire experience was so fun and positive. The family kept me entertained and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I loved how patient they were with me. I also got my engagement ring cleaned here and it came out more sparkly than ever, absolutely incredible! Wolfgang Jewelry is truly a special place. Absolutely one of the most wonderful family owned jewelers and people. Took a piece of jewelry that was my mom's to be repaired. Didn't think I could get it back to after Christmas and they actually rushed it and did it the day. I took it in Friday the 13th so no more bad Friday the 13th of my wonderful experience with them thank you so much!!! read more

They told me they repaired Rolex watches. They do not. He sends them to Miami. Twice I returned and my watch is still broken. Now, a certified jeweler doesn't want to repair because of this. Charged Rolex dealer prices. read more

Had a necklace fixed and cleaned was a good price but I guess I got what I paid for. The gold necklace looked like it was soldered back together with copper and glue and the coin was not cleaned completely. There is still grime on it. Had it for a week. Won't be going there for jewelry repair again. I also asked about looking at chains when I dropped off the necklace initially and was not shown a single chain. I recommend going somewhere else. read more
