Beware going to this place. I bought a gold necklace in my country, and brought it here to have the attachment replaced. When I come back to pick my necklace up, half of my necklace was missing... she had STOLEN half of it! I asked her what happened, and she said that's how it was given to her. It was absolutely NOT. The old lady is a thief. The necklace used to hang low on my neck and now it is a choker on me. I wish I could press legal charges, but since I purchased the necklace in a different country I do not have a receipt. I do not recommend this place. Beware. read more

I used them in the past and they used to be great even pricing wise now I know insulation is a real thing but damn I felt robbed today I took a few watches to change the batteries on I have like 30 watches I own that I need to start replacing the batteries on but they have seen me for the last time. They charged me 20 a watch mine you a battery is like $1.75 and maybe two minutes worth of work the lady states that the reason it was so expensive was that the watches were big. Like if I didn't know any better I allowed them to do two of them just to see how difficult it would be and it was the same as if I bought a watch at Walmart size does not matter it's the level of difficulty and I got got. But never again I just order all the gear I need to do it my self it it was less than $20 so if you want to get got go there.
