The problem arose after we left - I was driving through Charlotte, trying to get to the airport. Someone from the studio called my cell phone saying that the tattoo artist who checked us out had made a mistake and had charged us for the tattoos but had not added the tip as I requested. I explained that I was driving in heavy traffic in an area I was unfamiliar with and I would call them back. Multiple phone calls/voicemails/emails and a letter (!!!!) later, they're threatening to take me to court .... for the TIP - that they made the mistake in not charging to my Visa card. I had every intention of calling them back to authorize an additional transaction to cover a tip but their uber-aggressive approach to the problem (which they totally created) has me in the "fine - you want to go to court? File in Minnesota where I live and let's talk to a judge about you adding interest onto a TIP -- and demanding that I pay you a tip at all. (Never threaten an attorney with legal action because you screwed up a transaction and didn't get your tip.)

Once I got home I immediately had to take it out due to discomfort and the placement being so unaligned. Paragon studios tattooed a man's neck who had the same tattoo for 11yrs. Instead of making the tattoo darker they went over it with "Blessed" (letters over letters is a NO in the ink world!" Now this man tattoo is hardly legible. Simply, it's a mess. His previous tattoo is now on the other side of his neck but still has to look at what a mess paragon studios made!! At this point, all that's been asked is for the removal of the photos
