When friends later tried to cancel their memberships, they were pressured financially rather than treated fairly. Based on our direct experience, we would not recommend this gym to anyone seeking a safe, professional training environment. There are better and safer options in town.

We always go at a time when there are the least people & are able to get our full workouts in. HOWEVER, since this summer program thing started, the hour we go is absolutely PACKED with high schoolers, and it stays that way all day - large majority of whom are just there to hang out with friends. (I see 1 out of maybe 30 kids actually there to focus and workout.) They sit on machines (hog them) on their phones, not working out. You ask them to work in, or how long they have left and they say they are using them and they "don't know". I have never seen one of them wipe down the equipment after using them & 90% of them are wearing pajamas and crocks. They come in groups of 3-5, are loud and obnoxious, on top of the above issues, and not one employee says anything to them. I saw the rules for the summer program and no one follows them. They enforce nothing here. What's the point of rules if no one enforces them? Anything goes here. We are fed up, as paying, consistent customers who can't even get a bench at the normal "low" time, or have to wait 20-40 mins to get a machine because every single high schooler is actually using it as a seat to play games on their phones. This is the WORST campaign I could imagine. Have a HS hour, or charge $5, or limit how many can be in the building at any given time-something other than a free for all. It's a total slap in the face to us who pay a membership to deal with this. We are looking at other options for gyms in the area and will cancel and not return. We enjoyed it just fine before this started and we will not spend the summer frustrated every time we want to go enjoy a workout.

The instructors are experienced and make it fun while also making it challenging and often providing alternate moves for beginners. Each class seems to have at least one regular participant who offers help to newbies in getting set up for class, which is helpful because different classes use different items. They have a wide range of exercise equipment that you can use on your own, but I haven't tried any of them yet. I wish I lived closer so I could go in more often. Great place. I recommend it.
