I was sold a security system told us we could cancel their services at any time no contract just…read morehave to pay for equipment , after using their service for 2years paid without fail went to cancel was told I have a five year contract and would have to pay half of the balance of the contract left , I never signed a contract the man that sold it to me gave me a verbal explanation and then said do you understand , was never offered a copy of contract , spoke with a supervisor who states we can set you up with a system at your new house or we can try and get the people at your old house to sign up , I explained to him all trust was gone and would never do business with again no matter what , lesson learned
