They put an entirely new spring system in to redesign the system, and got rid of the old pulley system that had been used. Their quality of work was outstanding and the price was more than fair. The only thing left to do is the counter top and yet four weeks later, after he is back, the counter top still isn't done. He broke a piece of the counter top and had to reorder it, then leaves the counter sitting in a spot that is not level for a week, and it warps and now has to make yet another top for it. After three days of messing with the counter top .. still not done. No end in sight! A bumbling fool that doesn't know what he is doing! He spends more time on the phone and running around and he doesn't know what the meaning of work is. Think twice before hiring him if you would like the job done by a professional and in a timely manner.
