Generally speaking, we were pleased with the workmanship and we were getting ready to write a glowing review. Then we found a couple of places where water was pouring/leaking where it shouldn't - in a heavy rain, there was a substantial stream of water running from one part of the roof onto another and then cascading onto the concrete below, bypassing the gutter system - so we contacted Eric about coming back and finishing the job. In addition to the water flow issue, we wanted to let him know that we found several handfuls of aluminum shards and mesh in our yard where the gutter had been trimmed during installation. Eric had young assistants who we suspected were less experienced and might need to be told not to just drop the clippings in the yard. The shards can't be picked up by a magnet and are sharp enough to cut your skin (serious mowing hazard in the spring!). Eric initially responded in February to explain some delay - out of town, truck trouble, or similar - but did not get back to us. We reached out to him again in March and he asked when he should come over, but when we proposed a time, we did not hear back. We left several more phone and email messages that were never returned. At the end of April, we wrote an email expressing our disappointment with his lack of responsiveness and letting him know that if we didn't hear from him in a week, we would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and HomeAdvisor.com to warn other customers about his business. He responded within a few days to say, "I will be out to look at the gutters as I've said. I have had my foot in a cast and not working or climbing ladders." We have not heard from him since and it is now July. At first, we didn't want to post a negative review if there was any chance that we'd get our gutters fixed. But at this point, we think it's more important for other customers to know that this contractor will NOT see a job through to the end. We will find another way to fix the gutters.

They did a full flashing on each end of the barn, a layment under the shingles under the gutters for extra protection and used additional nails on the back side of the Barn more prone to wind. I have more issues with my roof now than prior to hiring them; such as mold, leaks, damage to four…read moreof my custom screens. I tried to get some answers about my damage and never received a reply. I can see dozens of nails in the ceiling of my porch. I was told the mold was "typical" in the PNW but I've never had the problem prior to their work. The only boards showing this mold are the boards they installed. So how is that typical? I had already primed and painted the new boards so they should not have molded unless they were bad to begin with. There weren't enough air vents, causing condensation with enough leaking to actually see drips. when I couldn't get any answers to countless emails I signed up for a free estimate and finally got a response. I now have more vents, more nails showing and still damaged screens. I'm so disappointed and would never recommend this company.
