I was even more impressed with the service I received from the receptionist, dental assistant and especially Dr. Justin Beasley. He is so pleasant to speak with, he definitely calmed me down about my situation. He examined my tooth then got to work - about 30 minutes later my tooth was fixed and the pain was gone! Initially I was only seeking a periodontists care. I was seen within the week by Dr. Fuller. She made suggestions and a treatment plan with many options so I could choose what I was comfortable with and could afford. I didn't feel pushed or rushed and she was SO kind and patient with ALL of my questions and concerns. During my follow up consultation, I knew I would also need my wisdom teeth pulled. (I had been told that since I was 16 but was too nervous about the recovery). I was able to meet with Dr. Bryant the same appointment. He was also just delightful! I have bad dentist anxiety but he was just so kind and lighthearted. His temperament made me feel comfortable enough to add an additional 4 teeth being pulled to my treatment plan. Molly I believe, was the dental assistant helping them. She was very likable and personable and remembered details about me from our previous appointment that made my experience less intimidating. On the day of my actual surgery, I met Daphne. I believe she was also a dental assistant, who prepped me for surgery. She was GREAT! She was friendly, comforting, and fast. I felt more confident and less nervous because of how friendly and clearly efficient everyone was around me. In total, I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled, an additional tooth pulled (the broken one), a bone graft, as well as a deep cleaning/scaling of my teeth. All in the same surgery. I am known to have a low tolerance for pain but healing took less than a week! 2 days of minimal swelling and only Tylenol and ibuprofen necessary. A testament to their skill no doubt. It should also be noted that the front desk staff and woman heading the financial aspect of my surgery, were extremely helpful and courteous! While I could tell they were VERY busy, they still were so attentive, kind, and answered all of my questions. Overall I could describe my experience with them as friendly, professional, skilled, and successful. They called me a few days after both procedures to check in on me and answer questions, they prescribe effective medicine, and they sent me flowers and a card after the implant procedure. Dr. Frye at Lakeside Oral Surgery extracted all 4 of my wisdom teeth. It was a very good…read moreexperience. I went in several months in advance for a consult and she prepped me for what to expect. On surgery day I was quickly escorted into the operating room and given nitrous oxide to calm my very anxious nerves. (Hey, you don't wait until your 29 to get your wisdom teeth out unless you have a major avoidance issue). Then the nurse started my IV, Dr. Frye asked me some questions, and I quickly drifted off to sleep. I woke up four times less wiser but well cared for by my hubby. Dr. Frye met with him to give him an update and make sure he understood my aftercare instructions. I was sent home with lots of meds and very detailed instructions. Unfortunately I had a very rough recovery. My teeth were not the easiest to remove and I had a very swollen and sore jaw. As a result I had a terrible time eating which makes for an upset stomach when taking pain meds and antibiotics. Lakeside was never more than a phone call away though and always gave me advice and empathy. 10 days after surgery I developed an infection. I woke up on the Friday morning of a predicted Snowpocalypse and knew I had to be seen ASAP. I called the office and was greeted by the answering service who told me the office was closed due to weather until Monday. I told them it was an emergency and they said they would have the on-call doctor, Dr. Cowden, call me. He called within a few minutes and met me at the office within the hour. I was so grateful. He provided me with the very necessary treatment and sent me home with meds. Within 48 hours I was much better, thank goodness. My complications didn't stop there, but throughout my entire recovery Dr. Frye was available and saw me frequently- almost on a weekly basis. We tried various treatments and eventually decided time was what I needed the most. I'm glad she trusted her instincts because she was right! Never once though did she allow me to panic or suffer, she always reassured me and comforted me. She is exactly what I would hope for in a doctor and has fine tuned her craft. I can't recommend her and Dr. Cowden enough.

I was given 8 - 10 injections for numbing - if two didn't work why continue to inject the same ingredient? This was very painful and took a long time between each injection. The financial office greed exceeds common courtesy financial practices. Warwick requires advance payment for all procedures without being provided an estimate of what insurance would or would not cover, and we are never given an itemized statement. After we receive an EOB from our insurance company, we are eventually given a refund, but that doesn't excuse this practice. It is, in fact, an insult.

Said I was willing for meeting over the phone and was told 'that's his protocol'. Good for him but I'm not wasting a half day to drive up and meet for what could be done on the phone. I expect he doesn't get paid for a consult unless in office, but really don't know. Cancelled treatment as sedation will not be available. Maybe they should consider a different anesthesiologist.

They scheduled surgery somewhere other than where we came for the initial appointment. Showed up at the appointed time and the office was closed. Sent us, in the pouring rain, to the office where the surgery was scheduled where they told us we would have to wait because they took someone else. I called on the way there and reiterated problems with meds. Woman seemed to believe it it was my fault and said their notes showed I knew where the surgery was. Not very helpful. Rude. Not very informative. Would never go back. Doctor may, or may not be good, I have no idea will never know because his staff is horrible. If his staff screws stuff up, then that's on him
