Weird I had to pay out of pocket but I just accepted it. Went back earlier this year and paid MORE than the last time, it was $90 something for just a cleaning!? Then suddenly Renee informs me I'm out of network. Couldn't have told me this before? Especially considering I've been loyal to this office for 10 years?! I called to question it and they said they might've charged me for my DADS exam or something. I haven't been under his insurance in years. Renee was out of office so the girl told me they would call back and refund some of it. This was five months ago. Needless to say that refund never happened. Thanks okc smiles, I won't ever be back. From the receptionist to the dentist. Unfortunately, he's the husband of the other genius and KIND Kelli Prescott. I had a bad experience a few weeks ago and again today. The first time was mostly the receptionist being extremely rude and when I gave them a second chance, the dentist used my time to put me in his chair, place a bib on, and then began to berate me over my poor review of my experience on google. I went back because it was mostly the receptionist who made it bad the first time. But the dentist topped her behavior with his own. You don't put a client in the chair with a bib so you can tell them you will not be doing the work as previously discussed. He doesn't do extractions, so i went elsewhere for that part. That's where the trouble began and i never should have given him and the clinic another chance. I really did think he'd probably be good because of how excellent his wife always was. I miss her terribly and boy was i ever wrong
