Nevertheless, I feel the need to open your eyes and make you aware of the following: Lisa, from billing, has tried charging me for services aside from acupuncture four times. She continues to send my insurance additional billing codes that required co-pays when my treatments are 100% covered. To make matters worse, she sent me an invoice on Monday, 9/15/25 asking me to pay $30.00 for my upcoming acupuncture treatment scheduled for Wednesday, 9/17/25. Without receiving the service, Lisa was already charging me. I have been vocal and assertive about these unexpected charges unsuccessfully. Amber, staff member, dared to cancel my upcoming appointment without my consent after speaking to me on Monday about the invoice received. At 71 y/o, I avoid conflicts if I can, but dealing with some of the staff members in this clinic can be challenging. The clinic is expected to be about relaxation, yet, they have a toxic environment among their staff. I am not aware that the owner, Dr. Ron Shemesh, knows how his staff members are treating customers, but he will find out sooner rather than later. I am tired of receiving bogus charges because each time they send me an invoice, my blood pressure raises very high. I've decided to not go back because my health is more important and I don't want to experience stress and/or anxiety at a place that claims to be about mind, body and spirit. Also, the office is a stone's throw from the hospital where I'll be delivering, so that is a huge bonus as well. Most women would understand this since these appointments are probably the most uncomfortable and personal appointments women must go to routinely. When Orange Blossom Women's Group tried to get my medical records from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity, they got no response after a dozen faxes they sent. I had to call O&G of Trinity because there was something very important that needed to be done regarding my insurance before my next appointment. Amber answered the phone and was very evasive regarding me being able to obtain my medical records and the denial they had already received from my insurance company. I won't go into all the details and make this review longer than it needs to be, but the more questions I asked, the more I was stonewalled and her tone began to become rude. I can't believe women would treat another woman this way when all I am doing is staying with a doctor I feel comfortable with! You would think that would be a no brainer. I found out later that several other patients I know are having this same issue with getting their medical records from O&G of Trinity who have followed DR. REUT BARDACH! It's like they are trying to punish her for being able to start her own practice. You would think women would EMPOWER one another and be happy for her and her achievements! Her new practice and office is amazing! Staff and building alike! They had to work around the issue at hand and finally got my issue with my insurance company resolved WITHOUT the medical records we were denied from O&G of Trinity! Because everything I hoped for, was accomplished…read more --- --- --- I've had lower back/hip pain for quite a while now, and was beginning to worry that it might be something bigger than just some muscle pains. I went to Dr. Knezevich to see if maybe it would make sense to get an MRI to get a closer look. After chatting with him and going over some of my symptoms, he seemed to be pretty confident that I had a soft tissue problem, and not something skeletal, but just for peace of mind, he had some X-Rays done. As he suspected, all of my bones were in-tact as they should be, so he perscribed me with 8 sessions of Physical Therapy. He mentioned that he was not directly affiliated with Select Physical Therapy, but they did happen to share an office, and if it was convenient for me to visit him, that it might make sense for me to try Select PT. I obliged and scheduled out my first appointment for the next day. After several visits to Select PT, they have definitely improved my issues and really helped me out! More details on that will definitely be in my review of Select PT, but Dr. Knezevich referred me there, and I'm very thankful for that!

The way Partners works when you are pregnant is that you see a different doctor every time you go in so that when you deliver, you are familiar with most of the doctors and the doctor on call will deliver you. I dealt with many nurses and techs and everyone was fabulous. I didn't have a "normal" pregnancy. At 16 weeks, I had an issue that landed me in the hospital. Dr. Minton was on call that day and he really eased my concerns and talked me through how to get past my issue. At 29 weeks, I went into pre-term labor. Dr. Brown was on call that day and she admitted me to the hospital. She was extremely caring to my situation and was explanatory about how the process would go. Dr. Jaeger ended up delivering my baby. He was excellent. He was able to lighten my mood by joking with me and he made some very important decisions that gave my little preemie the best outcome possible.
