The receptionist was welcoming and collected my insurance card/driver's license. Filled out one last form. I sat waited and was called in by the Dr. Twitty's assistant Angela who took my weight and a few more details about my health background. Since I was a new patient Dr. Twitty spoke to me in her office before the exam. Was friendly and helpful in regards to my questions. She explained how: -the office sends results (through portal and you get results regardless of negative or positive) -how she prefers to treat (paps every year if you want and Mammograms for 40 years and over once a year even though it is recommended every 1-2 years she likes to be thorough). During the exam she talked you through what she was doing and was quick to get the job done. I'll be back for my next yearly. Great office and staff here!

It's quite attractive and very calming and peaceful when you walk in. The staff is always very nice. Very helpful. The quality of care that you get is top-of-the-line. The type of care is OB/GYN or gynecology and other things in between the female anatomy. Dr. K is very friendly. She answers all your questions and she make sure that you're satisfied with all your questions that you may have and she make sure that you understand the answers before you leave. Sometimes they run a little bit behind, but that's to be expected because she's extremely good at her job and women wait to see her. So if you're in the market for an OB/GYN or a gynecologist give Dr. K a try. This would be my second time getting this IUD and again my body is not taking it well. Due to me not being under my parents insurance anymore, I have to find a new OBGYN. I have made a schedule to get this IUD out because of the pain (which I have told about) just for them to reschedule 3 times because they keep not ordering whatever they need to take it out. Today will mark 4 times of rescheduling. It's the fact that I have openly stated this birth control is causing me pain and it seems like my pain is not being taken serious nor is my job because this will be my second time taking a day off to get this procedure done. What is sad is that this is my first time trying this place and you think a doctor will try their best to keep a new patient happy. I will never recommend this place. Don't even waste your time.

Also, the office is a stone's throw from the hospital where I'll be delivering, so that is a huge bonus as well. Most women would understand this since these appointments are probably the most uncomfortable and personal appointments women must go to routinely. When Orange Blossom Women's Group tried to get my medical records from Obstetrics and Gynecology of Trinity, they got no response after a dozen faxes they sent. I had to call O&G of Trinity because there was something very important that needed to be done regarding my insurance before my next appointment. Amber answered the phone and was very evasive regarding me being able to obtain my medical records and the denial they had already received from my insurance company. I won't go into all the details and make this review longer than it needs to be, but the more questions I asked, the more I was stonewalled and her tone began to become rude. I can't believe women would treat another woman this way when all I am doing is staying with a doctor I feel comfortable with! You would think that would be a no brainer. I found out later that several other patients I know are having this same issue with getting their medical records from O&G of Trinity who have followed DR. REUT BARDACH! It's like they are trying to punish her for being able to start her own practice. You would think women would EMPOWER one another and be happy for her and her achievements! Her new practice and office is amazing! Staff and building alike! They had to work around the issue at hand and finally got my issue with my insurance company resolved WITHOUT the medical records we were denied from O&G of Trinity!
