I am now 6 weeks out of surgery and just had my last follow up.. The results are amazing and that's an understatement. I am breathing perfectly for the first time in my life. The care I received from Dr. D was nothing short of perfection. His staff gets to know you and your story and treat you like you show up and talk to them every day. What I want everyone to know about in my experience with Vitale is the character of this Doctor. Nothing is perfect and we all know that sometimes things happen that are unfortunate. I had some problems arise because of moving to a new state and was in a bind to get things completed much more quickly than is typically done.. Because of this we had some problems with insurance and scheduling. When doctor found out the situation, he immediately did everything possible to make sure I was able to be cared for before moving... He scheduled me for a 7am surgery on an off day so that he could maintain the commitment he had to all his other patients that day and still see my way through. I don't know of another Doctor in my lifetime that demonstrated that level of patient care. It shows you how important his patients are and it shows his commitment to the best possible care he can deliver. I breath much better today because of this doctor and I would any person I know to be under his watch. If you need help from an ENT, you don't have to look any further. read more

A simple question about being in the system was met with a loud and clear 'NO YOU ARE NOT' - completely uncalled for. Went for two visits, was never able to see the Doctor. Waste of copay and time. They were more concerned about having me take a hearing test when I had already purchased hearing aides and didn't need to address that issue. I trusted him and his staff ... they have lied would not release my medical records to me said they were lost , how convenient I paid the " so-called plastic surgeon 8k for breast reduction, lift and implants... Now keep in mind I was already 38dd I wanted smaller breast but wanted implants after I gave birth to my son When I woke up from what was supposed to be a easy surgery 16 hours later I realized he put the same size implants as my natural breast not only that he butchered me , I have so many complications to date that my breast surgeon for breast cancer is afraid to even do my double mastectomy... I have been trying to get answers for over 10 years , and he refuses to return my call . The implants he used were the ones allergen has recalled ... I have been told he would call me back blah blah ... my Dr ( New) one can't move forward with my serious surgery due to this incompetent problem Dr D has caused me ... the scaring ! At our first appointment, Doctor" Joseph Derbyshire first gets aggressively loud and snappy at my fiancé "I'm the doctor let me talk" are his exact words he used in a loud volume because my fiancé was simply explaining what he's seen his sister go through when she got her tonsils out years ago. We have a sleep study done and they make an appointment when they (supposedly) get the results in. We have the appointment with the same "Doctor" Joseph Derbyshire. On the way out we asked for a copy of the sleep study to take with us only to find out he was discussing a different patient , half the size and age as our son. How does that go in noticed? Careless much? How many people did this slip by? I do not recommend this doctor and at this point I don't recommend the entire facility. Plus the zhills office is ugly and smells weird. I'll make sure my bonus son is in better hands elsewhere. read more

My husband has suffered with sinus problems for over 30 years. He has seen other providers and other ENT's who were unable to help him. We finally went to Vitale ENT in Wesley Chapel. Dr. DiPasquale performed a sinuplasty with Clarifix and it has been nothing short of miraculous. My husband sounds better (no more snorting and clearing his throat), feels better (no more sinus pressure and headache), and is sleeping better (actually breathing through his nose at night for the first time in over 30 years). Our only regret was that we didn't make an appointment with him sooner. Everything was done in the office where the staff is friendly, professional, and proficient. This was a great place to go DR D is amazing an so is James but this maria...as u can see here i was told to pay 40. When i had my catscan....which i did then i get a bill for 15. So i questioned her...she then repkys back as you can see here that she has applied a 40.over payment...so when i asked abt which date was that ?? The next thing i know im getting a bill for 55. Ha you see there was always a question abt my co pay sometime i would go to pay it an they say....no co pay today...then next time ...you have a co pay it was always different an the last time i tried to pay my co pay an she said i didnt have one...next thing she called me the same day at home to tell me i did have a co pay ...smh so go ahead...an figure it out again maria...is 15.00 or 55.00 please lmk read more

Very inefficient handling of patients. People were shuffled back and forth just so it looked like something was being done. Staff looked like they were at a social gathering in hallways. Shuffled patients folders around and caused backlog for doctors. Waited over an hour before was taken back to see doctor. Think there needs to be some training or new people brought in to improve patient turn around. read more

Dr. DiPasquale performed breast augmentation on me on Aug. 2nd, 2022, resulting in two deformities, double bubble and breast animation in both breasts. I brought his attention to the deformities 2 weeks post surgery, at which time he reassured me the deformities would go away over time. They did not go away over time, they have only gotten worse. Almost one year post surgery, Dr. DiPasquale pathetically said "I'm sorry" and said he was no longer willing to operate or fix the deformities, instead he offered to remove the implants. Since then, my husband and I have called the office several times to discuss having the implants removed and he has yet to have the decency to return any phone calls. I am now left living with what his hands did to me. My breasts look disgusting, worse than before the surgery, I have discomfort in both breasts, and I feel Dr. DiPasquale totally took advantage of my husband and I! We paid cash for a procedure that he has no business performing on anyone in the first place. I pray that he never has to go through something like this with his wife. It is devastating to not only have to live with these results, but then to have insult added to injury by the Dr. that performed the procedure and created these issues simply walk away and refuse to do anything about it. It is disheartening, it is discouraging, and it is depressing. I will never trust another Dr. with my body again. This experience and living with these results has ruined my life. read more

Visited to get ear checked, doctor wasn't able to examine them because they were too swollen so he prescribed some treatment and preventative medications, most of which were never sent to the pharmacy so I couldn't get them. This did not change after calling about it several times. Then when I received two separate expensive bills, I tried to contact them about seeing an itemized list of pricing to see what was costing so much, they just sent me to a portal that provided no additional information. My experience at Vitale Institute was excellent. Dr. Paul DiPasquale operated on me March 5, 2018. Prior to the surgery, I suffered with painful, debilitating chronic sinusitis for years! I was afraid to go to the doctor for fear of hearing "you need surgery" However, the pain in my sinuses became too intense and I was missing work and unable to do simple daily activities. I'm so glad I went to the Vitale Institute. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. DiPasquale was very gently and patient. He explained everything before and after the initial examination as well as my sinus surgery. I had a minor set back after my surgery..but Dr. DiPasquale's office got me in right away the next day and took care of me. The healing and recovery period was not too bad..I actually had very little pain or discomfort. I remember the day my bandages came off...my sense of smell was finally back! I could smell the flowers in the parking lot as I walked out to my car..something I had not been able to do for a long time because of severe sesonal allergies. The experience has been life changing. A year latter and I haven't been plagued with horrible sinus infections...If you suffer from allergies, sinusitis or any ear, nose and throat issues...I highly recommended a visit to Dr. DiPasquale. Was recommended to Vitale through a friend at the gym who saw me blowing up from multiple allergic reactions. Yesterday was my first visit and the staff was wonderful. I felt they were super thorough with my exam and informed me of a ton of things I never knew about when it came to anaphylactic shock. For years Dr D and staff has taken of my husband. We've always been pleased with the service. Recently our daughter who has multiple health problems, she had a bad ear infection and took several weeks to clear. I've taken her from Ft Lauderdale (neurosurgeon) to Philadelphia (pediatric neuro-oncologist) to the best Doctors in the country, its a wonderful thing when you have the best in your home town, healthcare doesn't get better than that. The doctor that runs this place does have good bedside manner. I will say I don't think he is experienced enough to mess with people's sinuses. I cannot state an opinion for his other areas he practices although it is sketchy when he apparently does many different thing. He did my sinus surgery last year and I essentially became a Petri dish for fungal and bacterial sinus infections. I now see a top 1% rated Rhinologist in the country who just fixed what this doctor messed up last year. It took my new doctor 4 hours to fix what this man did in about an hour.... read more

STAY AWAY!! This place is absolutely unprofessional in every possible way. I had sclerotherapy done, where they infected one of my veins and they would never admit to it but the treatment was just the same for a staph infection. I received oral antibiotics and a cream to put on. They tried to charge me for my follow-up and the charge was removed. Phone calls were never returned. I had to call back and wait for someone to come on the phone. Prescriptions were never called in like they should have been. The office is beautiful but it is a front for the lack of service, experience, and professionalism. Don't trust a place that has implants on a table, does sclerotherapy AND they are an ENT as well!! Dr.Dipasquale is not experience and have not knowledge for cosmatic work. He used filers for some little wrinkles that I had . It came as some lumps on my face, and when I went back to him he said that he would take care of that . He used some more filer to make both side equal ,and he told that he would remove those lumps.He charged me again. The other injection came as a big lump again, and I had such a extensive bruises that I could not go out for long time. Actually he got money to enject and the remove it, and gave me lots of pain and bruises, and not only none of those wrinkle removed, but also gave me lumps and unequal shape in my face. read more

Most incompetent group of people they don't answer their phones they don't return messages they are simply incompetent unbelievable, I have met my yearly max for my insurance so I have a procedure scheduled so that I do not have to pay Any money due to meeting my yearly max on my insurance policy. So the day before my procedure these incredibly genius people call me to say that this procedure can't proceed until next year which then my insurance will begin the whole process of deductibles and co-pays etc. so a procedure that went from being free it's now going to cost me most likely over $600 not to mention the weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks of them just not getting back to you Returning your messages or keeping you in the loop as to what in the world is happening with your medical procedures. Avoid this place at all cost the good reviews are really not real and they hound the patience to leave them with a big old sign when checking out. I've now lost months and months of time dealing with this doctor and his staff and now have to proceed to look for new specialist in this field who will not screw up my health. read more

I brought my daughter with me to my son's appointment. She told him about a bug bite on her foot and he took the time to show her how to take care of it. I want everyone to know what a huge RIP OFF Dr. Paul DiPasquale is! Do not bother with The Vitale Institute! I went in after having chronic sinusitis to seek help from this physician. I was the 1st appointment that morning & I watch he & his staff goof off for 20 minutes while I sat in the waiting room. When he finally took me back, he sprayed Afrin into my nose, sent me to get a nasal x-ray, them sent me a bill for $500. I had a 2nd appointment scheduled with them and they called me to advise they were not prepared & will have to cancel & reschedule. 2 months past, and I never heard from them. I called & spoke to his office manager & explained the entire situation. She agreed to get with the doctor & call me back. She sent me an email advising that she was working on figuring out what went wrong & would get back to me soon. That was 3 months ago! This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL establishment I have ever seen! Unlike most people, I actually read documents that require my signature. Be skeptical of what isn't told to you when you call and make an appointment by phone. They don't tell you when making an appointment, that this office requires you to waive your rights by signing a Mandatory Arbitration Agreement. I made an appointment, filled out the requisite paperwork online and showed up 15-20 minutes prior to my appointment. When I walked in, I was then handed the same forms and told that they needed to be filled out it included an arbitration agreement, which I refused to sign. I was then directed to speak with the "office manager" at the 7516 Cashford Cir #101, Wesley Chapel, FL 3354 location, She then informed me that it is office policy and the Dr. will not provide service unless the mandatory arbitration agreement is signed, which I declined a second time. So, thank you for completely wasting my time this morning. Personally, I think it is an unethical practice to have agreements like this placed within patient paperwork packets making it seem like it's just another Medical form, when we all know it definitely isn't. Is this what the Hippocratic Oath has come to? Additionally, I will never return to this location. read more
