On all occasions I can honestly say they're quick and helpful. The hours of operation really work well with those of us that work 9-5. They stay open until 8pm M-S. That's amazing! The front desk receptionist, and nurses are always very pleasant when assisting you. I always feel like my issues and concerns are addressed with the NPs on-site. I have not had a bad experience and I'm always seen same day and out within 30 minutes. Final verdict: I definitely recommend this location! It's never busy and the staff is very friendly.

I am extremely disappointed in this facility as it relates to sleep study testing. I came in for a…read moresleep study. I live with someone who is extremely ill and asked all staff if they would wear a mask in the room while attending to me. They agreed, but proceeded to not wear a mask the entire visit. I currently use a CPAP and explained this multiple times in preparation for the study. They explained that my referral was written for a diagnostic study, and I would not be put on a CPAP unless there was an emergency. In the middle of the night, I struggled to breathe and woke up out of my sleep, gasping for air multiple times. This is expected as I have extremely bad sleep apnea. I explained to the technician what was happening. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. I can tell she had just woken up herself. This is not my first sleep study. In the past when I struggled to breathe, they put me on a CPAP is an intervention. I have a neurological condition that makes me extremely light sensitive. At the end of the study, she turns on bright fluorescent lights at 4:50 AM and tells me it's time to go. She says that I will need to come back to re-do the study because I never got in a deep enough sleep. She then proceeds to give me a paper to rate my experience. It's hard to get into a deep sleep when you can't breathe. As professionals they should've recognized that. This honestly feels like a ruse to get more money from my insurance company. Now I will have to look for another provider and complete this study all over again.

Well found out during the call a late fee was added on top of that no show fee because it was not paid during a certain time. Something that I did not know. I also called and spoke with a manager about this no show and they still kept it on there. The represenative I spoke to was Donna and this call was on today 9/25/26. this lady went back and forth with me about the bill. Arguing with me about this. I asked for a manager. She went on and on and it made me so upset that I am thinking about not even comming to this facility any more. They are fairly new to me and if it was not for the NP Angel I would not even come. A no show is a no show if you do not call in. I called in gave the name of person I spoke with and she did not leave notes and the charge is still on there. This facility wants money. Clearly.
