From the texts reminding me of my appointment time, to forms that had to be filled out ahead of time (super easy), to up front correspondence and professionalism all the way around. And that was before I even went for my appointment!! Super efficient & friendly staff. I was made to feel valued and respected every minute. The ease of my MRI was amazing. They considered everything to ensure that I was comfortable. I was handed a CD to take to my doctor and told that I would receive results within a day or two. Once I got the text to view my results, I found it super easy to navigate and pull up my report. If I ever need more imaging, I will consider Home Health first

First time I went with films from previous state I lived in (weird request, dated technology much?!) and they literally made me cry they were so rude and making me wait in a hallway trying to keep the gown closed. Humiliating. Rude, slow staff for check in, it's like you are checking in for a surgery it took forever. I have lived in many states where this mammogram process is quick and easy, not the case at Northside. Do not recommend and will never return there. I sincerely hope they treat women who are diagnosed with cancer there better than someone who was just there for routine mammograms.

They finally took me back to a room only to tell me I needed to be rescheduled. She then lied and tried to tell me they didn't know I needed the radiologist and ultrasound imaging even though it was in the paperwork and on the order. I asked if there was any way they could do it today, because I had taken the day off. She said no. She asked me to reschedule, I told her I didn't have the time to take another day off. What a terrible experience for my "first" mammogram (that didn't happen). I told her I wasn't rescheduling and wasn't coming back.

This is not the first time I've had a bad experience there, previously, they were out of soap. As you can imagine, the toilet bowl was not very clean either. This is a place that has to be sanitary. Basic cleanliness and supplies should be maintained for patients and visitors!

We did the peanut peak, and gender determination bloodwork. Hearing our baby's heartbeat for the first time was so incredibly emotional for us. Lauren measured the gestational age and informed us the heart rate is strong. We look forward to going back to do the 3D ultrasound once we're further into the pregnancy. Also... the ambiance of the office is calming, and is very beautifully designed.

They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.

Having a high risk pregnancy is not something I would wish on anyone. Dr. Koontz was very…read moreempathetic and explained things well. Most of the midwives I saw were competent with the exception of Julie Charlton who suggested I did not need a c section for my breech baby "because it is important to avoid a primary cesarean when possible." As someone who had peace about my decision and plan of care it was insulting to have a provider put doubt in my mind when the entire pregnancy was difficult and a straightforward safe delivery was my goal. My baby did end up healthy and I'm grateful the experience is over with.
