Santa was rude, visibly miserable, and single-handedly derailed what should have been a magical Christmas party for a group of young children. I cannot stress this enough: do NOT book Santa through this company. The only thing "Santa-like" about this man was the costume. Beyond that, he had absolutely zero Christmas spirit, warmth, or basic decency. We paid for a full hour. What we got was 20 begrudging minutes of him doing the bare minimum. He handed out gifts while openly criticizing parents in front of the children for how presents were labelled, rushed through a handful of photos, and then abruptly asked, "Are we done here?" before walking out without so much as a "Merry Christmas" to the young children who adore Santa and genuinely believe in the magic he's supposed to embody. We've had many private-hire Santas over the years, and this was by far the worst, most joyless performance we have ever encountered. This company should be embarrassed to work with someone so ill-suited for working with children, let alone portraying a beloved holiday figure. Avoid at all costs.

The singer that showed up was not prepared, ABSOLUTELY did not know the songs, played her phone with you tube and strummed a couple notes while trying to figure out the words. I had a house full of 45 guests, i was completely embarrassed, mortified and disappointed. If my contractual obligations couldn't have been met then they should not have allowed me to give a deposit. I wrote an email to the company outlining my issues, i was asking for a reasonable remedy for the disappointment. They wanted nothing to do with rectifying this and proceeded to blame me for stuff. I did nothing wrong.

I don't even know where to start. These guys are the most unprofessional and unprepared team I have…read moreever worked with. We had an outdoor event and when they came to set up the decor, the wind was a bit higher than normal and was blowing the decor off the tables and blew the canopy to the ground. Totally out of both parties control. My issue lies with them knowing the wind was going to be strong that day as they came three days prior and refused to work with us in finding a solution. They simply said "we don't have anything" . Even that was like okay, a bit annoying but whatever. I tried calling Abe and just asked if there's any way to put weights on the decor and if there's anything else he could do. This guy, on my own reception day yelled at me. Like literally yelled and was swearing. He told me "don't tell me how to do my effin job" etc. At this point I was furious. This is completely not okay, you should not yell or swear at your clients, especially when they pay you 10 grand for what they thought was a "professional" service. These guys are just a bunch of clowns that should not be trusted to host your event. The cherry on top is the fact that he refuses to communicate, address the issue by calling us back, reply to our reviews. His solution is to post fake 5 star reviews on his google page. Honestly do what you want but there are far better decor companies out there that have a better team, better problem management skills and better communication with there clients.
