We're moving towards more aggressive legal action but unfortunately this whole situation has just been a nightmare. Why someone would hold wedding footage hostage is beyond me. Stay far away from this company. Something is clearly wrong with him and I'd hate for any other customers to go through what we are right now. When our wedding day came around though, they were nowhere to be found. The owner was even smug enough to text our coordinator that his shooter was "5 minutes away" at 4:55 for our 5:00 wedding. FYI, he never showed and the owner never told us that he was going to be sending somebody else or that he had moved out of the area! He has yet to answer any of our calls, texts, or emails since our wedding last weekend so you can imagine the frustration that we are having to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM CINEAVERDE!!!!

I closed the deal with Jon and someone else showed up who did not look like he knew what he was doing. I reach out to Jon weekly, a year later he blocks my emails, doesn't answer my calls and I have no videos to this day. It's been 14 months. I paid in full. I paid extra for drones and there was no drone footage, I paid for 2 people and only 1 showed up. We are currently in the process of hiring a lawyer and going down to key West and file a lawsuit. I am trying to reach out to other clients who had the same awful experience to potentially file a class action suit. Most of us only get married once and I would love to be able to watch back these moments with my family however we have nothing to look at. I am so disappointed and saddened. All I wanted was my videos.

We decided to do a first look and then John drove us around town so that we could get pictures around Key West which was important to us too. I highly suggest the around town photos, especially if you're from out of town. We ended up doing the Family Affair package which provided us with a videographer and DJ as well. It was one of the main reasons we went with Senses at Play, because for one deposit we were able to secure a photographer, videographer and DJ. And we were really happy with our decision! The photos themselves are excellent! We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset which John was able to capture perfectly. It was important to us that our photographer could take an amazing sunset photo and John absolutely delivered. He captured all of the moments of the day so beautifully! I can not recommend Senses at Play highly enough and highly suggest the Family Affair package for your photography, videography, and DJ needs.

Ivanka made the entire process - from booking a date to the actual wedding itself--completely…read morestress-free and simple. She was always quick to respond to our email questions and reviewed all of the details with us over the phone a few weeks before the wedding. Booking a destination wedding sight unseen can be like taking a leap of faith, and soon after talking to Ivanka, we realized we couldn't have been in better hands. We were not expecting to be able to choose as many things about the ceremony as we did--we had an afternoon beach wedding followed by a 3 hour sunset sail reception (highly recommend adding the extra hour for the sunset sail) for 19 people including ourselves-- and we were able to select from choices for the decorations, flowers, music (we had a steel drummer who was also our DJ on the boat, DJ El Capitan,--he was fantastic!), vows, and cake. Ivanka provided us with information on how to obtain our marriage license, recommendations for transportation (we used Old Town Trolley Tours), hair, makeup, and wedding insurance along the way. Any questions we had, she had answers to. Ivanka served as both our wedding coordinator and photographer - we cannot say enough about how amazing she is. Our day went seamlessly, our family and friends had a fantastic time, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We received our beautiful pictures in only 2 weeks! The boat crew was also fantastic--they were so accommodating for all of our guests. Ivanka encouraged us to add on additional sandwiches to the food on the boat and we were so glad that we did--the appetizers would definitely be considered "light" appetizers, even for our smaller group, so the sandwiches were a must. If you opt for the sunset sail (highly recommended), just have reasonable expectations about the food - this is not going to be a sit-down dinner, but with appropriate expectations you will be pleased. After we returned from our sail, we went with our guests to the Waterfront Brewery for drinks and appetizers/food and this was a really great complement to what was available on the boat. Overall, our wedding was a perfect day for us. While we were able to have input into almost everything, I strongly encourage you to trust the process and to trust Ivanka. If you are looking to have an intimate ceremony without the stress and pressure of coordinating venues and vendors, then I couldn't recommend this enough!
