This place is horrible, first you have a red head cashier who was very rude. while I was in the store she was proceeding to yell on the phone to someone which Is very unprofessional. The other young man that was there was very polite and helpful. But that red head just put a distaste for me and the whole establishment. I'll be taking my business to a vape establishment In Bryant that has way better service. I'll be telling all of my friends do. Maybe you should look at who you hire because good customer service attracks customers. Employees like that red hair girl with glasses pushes customers away. So a recommendation that I have is to get rid of her before you don't have a business at all. Because now days 1 angry customer can reach thousands by word of mouth and the internet. The manager will lie and say products are in working order and clam to check all electric products before it is sold. I have been directly been sold a product by the manager and he quote unquote tested the devise before selling it to me then once I go outside to trying it for myself it won't even turn on as instructed. I walked right back inside and showed him and was told no refunds or returns and to leave or buy another or police would be called. read more
