She made herself accessible to any question via text leading up to the event and the two staff that helped us with the set up were very kind. I had 17 kids and 24 adults and the space fit them all comfortably. The adults were able to sit in the area outside the party room and eat while peaking over the half wall to check on their kids. The kids had pizza, fries, and honest juice. I love that the package came with cupcakes for the kids too. If you want outside food, there is a $85 fee so we just opted to order catering through them and had zero regrets. Everyone raved how good the food was (spinach pie, penne a la vodka, buffalo wings, and pork slouvaki). Turned out I over ordered and there were left overs. Probably only needed one full tray each instead of two pork slouvaki trays. The only downsides were their no refund policy for no-shows and they should of had a bigger coffee dispenser so the adults didn't have to wait for it. Otherwise, it was a fairytale party for everyone to enjoy!

First of all this place is dirty. Second of all it is not well maintained at all: floor mats and play equipment was peeling and falling apart, none of battery operated toys had fresh batteries, and there was a corner of old and half broken random toys looking like they were picked up from a curbside. Also there was a severely coughing kid meaning that the workers are allowing sick kids into this playspace. Very upsetting experience overall. Wish that the owners took better care of this space.

My 2 year old had alot of fun in the ball pit bounce house and regular bouncehouse. Older kids had fun on the big slide bouncehouse, zipline, air hockey, shooting basketball. And even older kids had fun playing actual basketball. Theres also a bunch of intwrestingly shaped vehicles (trikes) the kids liked to play with. The manager and helpers were all amazing. Theres also lots of table space. They helped me set up all my decorations-placing balloons, taping up backgrounds, table and food set up etc. It was great that we had the whole place to ourselves. Pizza is also included for the children. They ordered us 3 pizzas for 12 children and we took the leftovers home. 2 hours definitely doesnt feel like enough. We had a 6-8pm time slot and I was considering extending it but since it was a knicks final game playing that night, i decided to just stay at 2 hours so everyone can leave and watch their game Theres a small parking lot in the front that can only fit 2-4 cars.

After a while now kids and parents showed up. This playground is located on the 2nd floor of the building. No strollers or outside food/ drinks are allowed inside. It's a big space with lots of play areas. They also have 2 birthday party rooms. That's also a cafe where you can buy food, drinks, snacks and ice cream for you and your kids. There are 2 bathrooms on site; one of them has the baby changing pad in it. The bathrooms were clean. We stayed there for almost 2 hours and enjoyed our time.

There are some kids that are well over 10 that go crazy there which is pretty sad for the little tots. Seems like the signs on the door are nonexistent. They want proof of vaccination and mask to stay on. But it's the total opposite. Adults all have the mask off and so does 90% of the kids. You have to sign a waiver about injuries and what not but what they don't see is some kids being completely reckless. A 7 year old doing backflips into the ball pit can break someone else's neck or their own. The parents don't even both to tell them to stop which is absolutely ridiculous. I believe in making sure my kid is having fun but not to getting injured because of some I'll mannered kid. Will my child return. Possibly. But it will be a long time before heading there again.

I work from home part time and make my own hours, and since my baby was born my wife and I have been trying to find a work routine that still allows us to spend lots of time with him. Lola & Tots is the perfect solution for us. The workspace is beautiful. Everyone on staff is so great with my child. He has a blast here. When it's time for his nap, I bring him down into an office, turn out the lights, nurse him to sleep the same way I do at home, then keep working while he naps on the floor next to me. This is a revolutionary model of co-working and childcare and my family is so grateful for Lola & Tots!

This has been a five star experience for our son in every way. It's here that he's learned to count, speak Spanish words, and make incredible friendships with other children. Miss Jess & Miss Natalie are vey committed caretakers of children. They literally are the sweetest! They offer 1 on 1 help as much as they can, and make each child feel special. Our son would run from the car into their arms whenever we'd visit. He's developed quite the charming bonds with friends there, and we can see the beginnings of some long lasting relationships.
