A 7 year old doing backflips into the ball pit can break someone else's neck or their own. The parents don't even both to tell them to stop which is absolutely ridiculous. I believe in making sure my kid is having fun but not to getting injured because of some I'll mannered kid. Will my child return. Possibly. But it will be a long time before heading there again.

On weekdays, the trampoline/play area is 1.5 hrs for 24.99+tax and 2.5 hrs is 27.99+tax. Weekends it is 27.99 and 32.99+tax, respectively. It is $3.00 if you don't bring your own grippy socks - and you'll need them (some areas were slick even with the mats, padding and grip socks on). They offer different packages for their points for the arcade and if they are like their other locations, will probably offer lots of different promotions :) The play area is on the ground floor and the arcade is on the lower level. There is a "bead"/pebble area (similar to sand play, but much cleaner), a large ball pit with slides, climbing, interactive video games, timed obstacle course, trampolines, foam pits, Floor is Lava game and lots more! We stayed in this area for the duration of our paid time and then went to check out the arcade area on the lower level, but you can go in/out between the two areas if you want. Down in the arcade area they also have bumper cars, various VR games, archery as well as a bunch of fun games and crane games. The lights are fun and engaging like their other locations. We got to play some crane games and won some plushies :) All in all a great time and my little one is already asking to go back!
