Long story short Covid postponed the appointment all summer. This lady is so unorganized: She opened up her website booking during this time but never reserved dates for those of us who had already made appointments that got cancelled due to her closing during Covid. When the time finally came, she UPCHARGED me. I was kind enough to not fight the price, and even tip her really well knowing I'd have to come back for a (free) touch up. THEN I schedule the touchup. It charged my card and I ask about a refund since a FREE touch up was included in my service. To which she has the audacity to tell me she doesn't do free touch ups anymore... I'm sorry?? Was that not paid for in the service you offered me?? Oh also she decides to edit her IG posts in order to lie to me when I literally have screen shots of everything... talking to her is no use. ON TOP OF THIS she avoids text messages and IG messages yet was on her phone half of the time I was in an appointment with her?? Waste of time AND money. Trust me, her brows are cute but she is a headache and will likely rip you off too.
