My wife wanted to get her eyebrows threaded, so we stopped by this place, and since we were already there, I decided to get mine done too. I don't usually thread my eyebrows, but they were definitely getting a little out of control! They did a great job. The young lady who helped us was very professional, took her time, and made sure our brows were looking on point. The shop is clean, well-lit, and has AC, plus there's a waiting area if you need it. They also have a happy hour, so today we got our eyebrows done for only $12 each, which is a great deal. They accept cash, cards, and tap-to-pay. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get your eyebrows threaded. We'll be back! read more

I usually don't like to write bad reviews but I do not appreciate the fact that the very next day. I noticed bruising and redness from the way she threaded my eyebrows. This has never happened to me before and I did feel that she was a bit rough but I didn't think much of it until the very next day that, I noticed. Such a disappointment. read more

I came in here after not having done my eyebrows (professionally) since the start of covid. I finally decided to do them for Christmas/my birthday. Anyway she asked how I wanted them and I said just clean them I like the shape that I have. Not only did she make them super uneven on one eyebrow I have way less hair she also ripped off so much skin. I'm actually still sore from it and I'm not one to complain but I Really felt like I had to. I did my eyebrows 12/23 and these pics are from today 12/24. They didn't even have clients waiting so I'm not sure why she had to rush through them. Anyways deff not returning, i don't know how they were voted best eyebrow place. I have been to this location 4 times now. The first time I really liked how they did my eyebrows. Today I went and I specifically told the girl that they already had a shape and just to clean them. I have fully shaped eyebrows. When she shows me my eyebrows at the end I was in shock, I couldn't believe my eyebrows where so thin and had no shape to them anymore. My daughter and eye both came in for our eyebrows this evening. In the past I've been pleased but today was a very bad experience. The lady who threaded both of us ripped skin on our eyelids that caused some bleeding and was very aggresive tugging hard. I complained to her and told her no one had hurt me like that before. Left my eyebrows super uneven, they don't even look the same anymore will not be coming back ever, and I don't recommend this place at all.

Uneven eyebrows. Was just a clean up from my big, full brows but were threaded and tapered thin.

I decided to try a new place closer to home and i wish i took the drive to my regular place. My eyebrows were scalped and un even . This was a nightmare she broke the threads so much it was nerve racking. The only thing she said was this is why this looks like this basically saying it was my fault that she is not a good eyebrow threader. All i wanted was a touch up and she messed that up. My advice is take the drive to your regular place just dont go here . Im just horrified and now i have to draw on eyebrows until mines grow back. read more

Worst service ever. I went with my wife there last week and the lady was so rude. She kept on talking in her language with other person there and never paid attention to other customers. When it was my wife's turn, she called the other Lady who came after me and said, " she just have to clean her eyebrows". I thought it was 1st come 1st serve. Nope not at this location. This is seriously the best place ever. I will never get my eyebrows waxed again! Threading is the only way to go. And these ladies are the best at what they do!! I have a scar on one eye that makes my eyebrows grow all funky and Rani does an AMAZING job at making them as even as possible. She's the only person I let touch my precious babies. Lol. Came here because the regular spot I go to was closed. I don't know what happend but the lady messed up my eyebrows completely! I had no choice but to let them grow out again so I could go to my regular spot to get them fixed. I'm also going to add that it's really painful when the I came here. This is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. I have very light eyebrow hair and everywhere I've been too always tries to reshape them and I end up with my eyebrows extremely thin! They always listen to me when I say JUST a clean up and she even show me where I'm missing hair and let me know she wasn't going to touch it so it'll grow there which I appreciate!
