After taking the elevator (or the stairs), and step out, it will be to your left. Upon entering, I was offered hand sanitizer and changed into a pair slippers. After confirming what I booked my appointment for, which was for a Meridian Facial, I was taken into a room where I changed my top into a towel-like cover up. Just from cleansing my face, I was shown just how much dead skin and dirt came out out my face. I honestly thought I was doing a good job with washing and cleansing my face at home but I guess not! The staff also used a Gua Sha to help increase circulation and drain the lymph nodes on my face, and a lot of time was spent on massaging my face. After, they put a mesh-like gauze on my face and then put a moisturizing facial pack on top of it. I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes until it solidified enough. Once the staff peeled it off my face, my skin felt super smooth. At the end of the facial, there was also a head/scalp massage. One advice regarding the scalp massage would be to not time it on a day of an important event. Since it distributes the oils on your scalp, you probably know what I'm getting at. The whole experience was positive and relaxing. I did glance at the service menu that they offered and they seem to have a broad range of different things you can try (ie: facials, lymphatic drainage, herbal weight loss treatments, body treatments, and more). Reason is because even with high end products the acidity level of the ingredients with our skin don't match..they are too green if not super dark green but our skin is yellow to a bit of orange (no matter of your skin colour or type, everyone is the same) Nu Skin products are similar if not better than our skin acidity level. (Test it with ph paper and some clean water with any Skin products and high end or cheaper products (even baby products that's supposed to be soft and sensitive babies..you'd be shocked) they have supplements too! My favourite is the aloe Vera hydrating gel and celltrex ultra recovery fluid. Highly recommend people to check it out and really..try if out for a month to a couple months if not half a year, you'll see what I mean. Helps with acne too (they do have anti-acne products but that's for people who have more serious acne) if you only have minor acne issues or breakout here and there I recommend to just stay with the original ones. I know they have new stuff now but I personally find that the original (first sets) are the best of you don't have specific preference or need (ex. Anti-aging or acne)

Their price points are low (around $65 for a full set, sometimes they have specials for about $50) which I was a bit skeptical of at first. But I figured that the risk was low compared to most other places, which charge upwards of $80 at least. And the best part is that they offer a FREE refill within 7 days. That's practically unheard of anywhere else. Yo-yo is extremely friendly and makes sure that you're comfortable and happy with your lashes before you leave, making sure they look exactly how you want them. She is extremely meticulous - make sure you block out at least a good two hours of your day if you're getting a full set. The lashes look natural and stay on for an extremely long time. I got a full set at the end of August and finally came back to Flushing from school a few days (November 24th) - I still had about 1/3 of them! They persevered through a car crash, endless showers, traveled out of the country, the list goes on. I swear she uses gorilla glue or something and I'm not complaining. I get compliments and questions about where I get my lashes done all the time and they always ask "that's it?!" when I tell them how much I paid. Because they tell me they practically paid double of that and theirs don't look as good as mine or fall off extremely quickly - I have put multiple people onto this place and they're returning customers too. I really don't see myself going anywhere else after Esman. My standards are set too high.

I told her I would not be coming. She asked if I would like to reschedule and I said "No, I am done." She said all right and that was it. It was what I wanted, but do you know how many phone calls I received to ask if I had truly left the program, or why I had left? 0 That's zero. They took a receptionist's word that a 6 month member had quit their program. They didnt call to ask why I quit or what was wrong or what they could do to improve the program. But then, my quitting s what they wanted. I was a VA referral and they expressed to me several times that they did not like dealing with VA. They kept giving me goals that I met, yet after 6 months I never even got to talk to the physicians to learn the real deal on what the surgery would indicate. I guess they anticipated i would quit, or they would get me to quit, before they wasted the doctor's time. I have lost 43 pounds without them and I would never go back here for help.
