I understand that misunderstandings can happen in any business. Communication can sometimes be misinterpreted. That said, I truly cannot reconcile the suggestion that Jen could be rude. She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own. And on the rare occasion that I ask for adjustments, they are gracious, collaborative, and committed to making sure I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Staging is not just decorating. It is strategic. It matters. And they treat it that way. I am truly sorry if anyone has had a negative experience. That is never something to dismiss lightly. But based on over a decade of consistent professionalism, kindness, and results, I felt it was important to offer a perspective that reflects the team I have come to know and trust. They simply took $8 from the till and told me that was what I got for my 3 framed ski prints. What? How much did they sell for? When? They had no idea and they seemed to care less that I was even asking to answer the simple math on this. Then I was told some story how the computer was down and the owner wasn't there... I will never go back and customers should know that it's a dishonest place.

The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. Plenty of other local shops who treat locals and visitors well.

The woman who was working, possibly the owner, was kind and helpful. She had a welcoming personality. The prices were fair and the merchandise was nice. Some consignment stores might have lower pricing, but the items are on the junky-side. I especially liked the pink room. It was a lot of fun to look in. There was a half-off room. Prices were half of what the lowest price was on the sticker. I found some special treasures in there to take home. The merchandise was primarily made up of collectibles. Not clothing. There was quite a bit of furniture and there were a few vintage clothing and shoe pieces as well as jewelry and glasses but it wasn't the mainstay of this consignment store. I recommend stopping by if you are anywhere close to within an hour of Golddiggers Home Interiors. We drove from Eagle, CO.
