They immediately responded and cleared the blockage. They also evaluated the problem with the chimney and the chimney on our building next door - both buildings dating back to 1860 and needing repair. Yancey and Shawn tore down the chimneys and re-built them and then installed liners in each. They did awesome work and were very attentive and professional! We are good to go for another 165 years! Our kitchen renovation was not easy either. It was in a ramshackle, old summer house right on the ocean that hadn't see a lick of work done in 50 years. The project was completed on time and everything from the hardcore, behind-the-walls foundation remediation to all the fit and finish was done beautifully. Tim, the owner, is highly respected in the area and he has the best subs. He delivers on time. This may seem like a small thing, but it's worth noting: his teams are incredibly nice to be around. They are responsive and pleasant. You don't have a business this well established with teams like this unless you're really doing things right.

He did most of the work on our…read moresmall area of hardwood and our contractor told us that Jeff needed to come back to do a "final out the door" additional coat of stain to cover the scratches from construction and also to cover an area that was considerably lighter in stain color than the rest of the bedroom floor that looked like an obvious stripe down the middle of the floor. Jeff wouldn't return my phone calls or texts. He had been paid in full. We had to get someone else to finish the floor. IMO unresponsive and unreliable.
