Also, they don't use work trucks and they go to your house in a U-Haul. Slightly ghetto.

Shady and Sleazy..don't trust their words..or their contracts!

Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. He initially agreed that he should have asked first but later went back and wasn't willing to accept his piece when he spoke with my husband. Just not a good experience at all!

We engaged Brother's Fencing in the fall for the purchase and installation of a fence, with the installation scheduled for the following spring to secure our merchandise. Unfortunately, the company failed to fulfill its contractual obligations, including failing to return our phone calls. Despite our efforts to contact them, including visiting the address listed for the business in Lewiston, we discovered that the location did not exist. Subsequently, we filed a claim in small claims court, where we were awarded a judgment in our favor. Although Frances, representing Brother's Fencing, agreed to make monthly payments as part of the settlement, they have failed to honor this agreement, having made only three installments to date. Furthermore, Pam, a representative of the company, has been unprofessional, displaying rude, defensive, and dismissive behavior in our communications. We do not recommend this company due to their failure to meet contractual commitments, lack of communication, and non-compliance with the legal settlement agreement. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

The difference Mark and Connie made was willingness to take the time for a smaller order and cull through their remnents. We were lucky in that there was a really great peice available. It wasn't what we started looking for but that is where the time Connie put in to understand the color scheme paid off; the piece available works perfectly with the natural custom ash cabinets and the tile we selected. Mark and Connie communicated all throught the process. Of course everyone wants to be first in line. Mark and Connie kept to all of their appointments and didn't slip any dates. At the end, the install went without a hitch, and the vanity top came out fantastic. Not only are Mark and Connie a delight to interact and work with, we feel like we got top notch service and an excellant value. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly if you are in the market for stone surfaces.

They worked with us on selecting an arbor from another local company that we love. Most importantly, during install, all the men were incredibly friendly and communicated with us throughout, making sure things turned out perfect. They even created a custom section for us at no additional charge. Wayde, the owner, was always quick to respond, answer questions, and schedule accordingly.
