I asked if he cannot work on it why would I need a service contract, he assured me that purchasing a new unit and the service contract was needed. I turned the airconditioner off two hours later because my home was very cold. He left at 5:35 PM. I am wondering if the appointment was earlier and not past closing time would I have been able to get the tune up I paid for?
