Growing up with a fear of needles made acupuncture a last resort for pain management. However, with the prompting of close friends and loved ones, I did my research and decided upon Acupuncture and Herb. The physician was kind, reassuring, and patient. After only a handful of sessions, I have noticed significant improvements. Most notably, I have suffered from chronic migraines since adolescence. Diet, prescription medications, chiropractic care...very few have offered lasting relief. I went in one morning with a debilitating migraine (8-9/10 on the pain scale), left with a 1-2, and after a brief nap, woke without any lingering pain. No side effects. No more wasted days.
