Overall I was very impressed. First, the overall professionalism was phenomenal, showed up on time, communicated with me the whole time, and gave a quote immediately. I was hoping I could get a little break to have multiple trees cut down (had several that were diseased, and pointing towards unsafe landings), and I was delighted to figure out that I could have all the trees done at the same time for a better price. We weren't sure if it was going to rain on the scheduled day, and again, communicated with me the whole time. Then showed up on time as promised, with staff that was all wearing brightly colored t-shirts for safety. The job was done all in one morning (several trees cut down, and several needed some maintenance). The crew left my property as tidy as possible, and didn't interrupt me one bit (I work from home). At the end when they were all done, I had wanted some additional branches trimmed, and they had no problem hopping back on their equipment to get the tree trimmed. Nothing was damaged, none of the wires were hit, and I officially have a new tree servicing company to call for all my needs. Only a couple minor comments, neither worth taking away a star. I had wanted to save some money, so planned on burning my own trees/branches, but the two tree piles left for me where a bit larger than what I wanted to set on fire. I'm just not that brave with fire, so I had to do some work on my own to make the piles smaller, but I think if I had seen the piles before they left and said something, they would have made more smaller piles, but I didn't realize the size of the piles and didn't say anything. So I take full responsibility for that. The other issue is that I am allergic to perfumes, and the person who gave the quote and came back to manage the work wore just a little too much. We were outside and it was too strong. I probably came off rude keeping my distance, but most people don't realize how their perfumes smell to others, and even less people are aware that people have allergies to such. Again, I said nothing (because in my experience, people don't generally respond well to being told their perfume is offensive), but I'm sure if I had asked for them to not wear so much perfume they would have respected my wishes. We had a large limb hanging that we were concerned about - our "usual guy" was too busy to even respond to us. We received an estimate the same day I called, seemed a little espensive, but when we saw what they did, they earned our $$. A big tree, the clean up was perfect, we could not recommend them more. Our neighbor hired this company and they offered to trim our trees for $650.00. My husband said no, too much. They reduced it to $500.00. My husband said he would discuss it with me and let them know in the morning when they worked at our neighbors. We were gone in the morning and when we returned...our trees were trimmed! That afternoon they came looking to be paid. I expressed my displeasure to Tony, the owner that they worked without us being home, let alone, without an agreement. He said he never asked for $650.00 and that my husband never said no. I really didn't want to pay this guy. After all, he was basically calling my husband a liar. I begrudgingly paid him a lower fee and told him to never come here again. I cannot complain about their work and they cleaned up everything, but trustworthiness is another matter. read more

I would highly recommend this company , my husband just got a estimate from them yesterday and they were here today to take the tree down . So really fast service . Very reasonable prices , very polite & professional . They did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well . My husband was more than pleased and would recommend them to anyone that needs tree service .
