Such a cute little place, excellent, attentive hosts, and delicious breakfast! Definitely worth a stay if you're near the area.

We had such a great experience staying at the Woodbine Guest House. The location is absolutely perfect for getting to all the different sights that Isle of Skye has to offer, and Steve and Cass went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was great, comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast! We enjoyed playing scrabble in the community room while snacking on delicious home baked short bread cookies and a cup of hot tea. This was our favorite B&B on our two week trip around Scotland - we'd love to stay here again! read more

5 stars all the way!!!! Absolutely lovely stay at the woodbine house, thanks to vicki. This bnb has won "friendliest bnb" awards and it's no wonder why. Such a fabulous welcome by Vicki (who btw is better than the tourist office when it comes to advising places to visit), and such lovely, clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and Vicki went above and beyond to cater to all our needs (even gluten/dairy free). Bnb is well situated (short walk from town), and Vicki offered to make reservations for us at local restaurants for dinner. Perfect location for sight-seeing and the quairang walk/hike. When you come to isle of Skye, forget about portree and stay in uig at the woodbine house! Such a lovely place and thanks again Vicki for your hospitality!!! read more
