I have been a patient for a few years and have been very satisfied with the care I have received . From the courteous ladies at the front desk to the nurses and assistants it was always very professional with very little wait time. I presently see Dr White who is very thorough in his exams and takes his time to listen to my concerns. The communication from him and his Nurse Practitioner is exceptional. I scheduled an appointment in November on line picking an open appointment time. A few days later I received a call saying that the appointment was unavailable. They suggested I call back in December and they will get me in for January. I called the first week of December and was scheduled for an appointment on 1/14/2025. They called a few days prior to confirm my Insurance information. I took time off from work for this appointment. On 1/13/2025 they called saying, we have to cancel your appointment for tomorrow, we are overbooked. They offered me an appointment near the end of February. I told them I have medical issues that need to be addressed. They apologized and said it was an issue with the scheduling platform they use. My girls been in pain for three weeks neck and arm . Migraines and throwing up . They took an ex ray of her stomach????? . No blood work . No one returns her calls just nurse practitioners. 4 months to get an appointment. They want her to do therapy now . And they are only capitated to st. Mary's, which is the worst hospital. We just walked into Jefferson across the mall and are doing all the x-rays we need thank God we need to leave these doctors read more

If you are moving to Bucks County do not sign up with this Physicians Group. I am from New York City and my Husband is from New Jersey. He moved to Bucks County before we started dating. After we got married he asked if I would mind living in the area. We built our dream home and decided to retire in Bristol. We wont retire for 15 years. My Husband made an appointment for me with Woodbourne Family Practice. Trying to help me to form relationships in my new community. He forgot to tell me about the appointment date with all the excitement of going to settlement on our new home. My Husband is a Marine Veteran. We are good and decent people. I work in NYC still and commute home. During a World Wide Pandemic, with all the Anxiety and Health fears we are all feeling, I was told that I had not called to cancel and was put in no show status and ..... I AM BANNED FROM THE PRACTICE FOREVER. I would not recommend this business to anyone!! NAVY, AIR FORCE, ARMY, MARINES AND COAST GUARD DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! if I could give them 0s, would give them a lot of them. This front office staff is HORRIBLE. They give me the runaround every single time I call. a true shame because they really do have the best Drs... Dr Bradd Friedmann and Dr White are among the best I've ever seen. However, to get the front office staff to comprehend anything is a true chore. Unless you want immense agony, especially when you're super sick, find another doctor. Today I had to tell the front desk staff it was illegal to turn me away while I'm seeking medical attention. I called 3 times yesterday explaining my throat was in severe pain. They got my information, and tried to say goodbye. I said "Wait..what happens next?" They replied "oh... someone should call you" I replied "like... the doctor?" They said "yeah, probably." When I asked when to expect a phone call, I was told "hmm probably soon" This was at 1:45pm. We hung up. I called back an hour later telling them I was taking a nap because I'm so sick I need to sleep-- I asked when to expect a phone call so that I could set an alarm, they said "oh, the doctor won't call you back until after hours. Probably around 5." I called the emergency line at 5:30pm since I had heard nothing, and spoke to an operator. I finally had the Dr call me around. 5:45pm to tell me I need to call in the morning to make an appointment. Was able to make an appointment for 9:20 today, the next day, after being on hold for 9 minutes... This morning I was "greeted" by Mary. She asked for my license and insurance card. They haven't asked me for this in years. I was told I had a $40 copay, so I explained I never have had to pay a copay at the doctor, I always get billed. Mary told me that I wasn't able to be seen by a doctor today until I pay my copay. I then explained it's illegal to turn me away. She called over someone, I assume a manager, who was speaking to Mary with me right there saying "can she pay $5?" As if I wasn't standing right there and she couldn't ask me herself. THEYRE SO RUDE! After I told them how miserable I've been feeling, that I'm sleep deprived and that the Dr told me I need to be seen TODAY, AND that I'm displeased with the lack of service at the office, they finally said the Dr will see me soon. I've been waiting 25 minutes and still have yet to be seen. A gentleman came in about 20 minutes after me and was taken right back. This office staff is horrible. EVERY TIME. Not just now, but especially now. The are awful, incompetent and rude. Do not go to Woodbourne Family Practice unless you want agony and to be treated horribly. Again, Dr Bradd Friedmann and Dr White are amazing doctors. It's a true shame they have such terrible staff. read more
