I walked in and was greeted by Silvia at the front desk. She was friendly, thorough, and so helpful in answering all the questions that I had. She even made sure that she let me know of all the happenings going on at the library within the Burbank system, and some tips on the Libby database to Rent additional resource resources. This is a very small library, the smallest in Burbank. Very quiet inside. There was plenty of parking in a lot. They do have a dropbox for a book return. It's not the closest one to my house, but glad to know this is an option. Sylvia was a gem.

It's small, but the architecture and windows are just so beautiful that you can't help but just walk around and take it all in. This branch feels more like a monument than a library. When I came in saying I was on a quest to get all of the 100th anniversary branch stamps, not only did the woman help me get my stamp, but she also provided me with a pamphlet on the library and the area, other information on local events, and a ton of coloring materials for my kids. All without having to ask for it! She was just that happy to help. The branch is next to a large park so it's a wonderful area to check out a book and then walk outside to find some shade and enjoy it right away. It's just perfect. Parking lot is tiny. Be prepared to just park on the street. Luckily there's plenty of street parking so you won't have to look for long.
