We did not get our survey as he just casually walked around, said there was no property survey and found a neighbors property marker. Sent the bill. Our contract called for a survey which we did not receive. This person left the company. Owner of MSS, Inc was more concerned about 'getting his money ' than finding out what had happened with his ex employee. No customer service, no follow up, no remedy. Stay away from this Company and hire a professional that offers customer service and follows up with what they agreed to do in the contract.
