Amazing! I inquired on their website via email about removal of a queen sized mattress, box spring, frame, and an old printer. I was just browsing the internet looking for pricing and info as I had never needed to order a service like this, but I am currently pregnant and I can't do it myself. Anyways I got a response within 48 hours of my inquiry I got a quote for $165 as well as a the soonest day and time that they could do it. Now I do have stairs and live in an apartment, so a little bit of a difficult removal in my opinion. The reps called before hand to let us know they were coming. Highly recommended! Family member passed and was left with a mess and an old run down motor home that no one in the whole area would touch it! Needed to be torn down and hauled away. They started when they stated they would start, and finished on time. They went above and beyond what needed to be done. They also offered to clean up the yard, which was a disaster. Having to find someone trustworthy while I live in Arizona, and the work to be done was just outside Coburg was scary, but they came through for me! After contacting over 7 different companies to remove my 30-year-old big-screen TV and a large box of boxes and styrofoam, some of whom quoted me hundreds of dollars even after coming to give me a quote. Keep in mind that I had already gotten the monstrosity out of the house. I called The Recyclers as my last option and they called me back immediately. I work for an entity that supports schools. I needed some furniture removed so I could get new ones delivered and they were able to fit me in immediately! They even were able to come earlier than originally scheduled. They were really quick and nice. I would absolutely call them again the next time I need things taken away. My parents are older so it's hard for them to get things take. Care of around their house. These guys were great! We were going to have to take about 4 trips to the dump which would have been a huge pain and in between work and school we have no time! These guys came within 3 hours of calling and hauled it all away for less than $200. The amount of stress they saved me and my husband was incredible.
