Very helpful people working here. If we need equipment for a project we usually rent it here.

I walked in thinking I needed one simple thing and immediately began reconsidering the structural integrity of my entire home. Suddenly, my pantry, bathroom, laundry room, office, and possibly my personality all seemed like they could benefit from a better system. The selection is fantastic, the store is clean, and everything is arranged in a way that makes you feel both inspired and gently judged by your current lack of labels. This is the kind of place where you go in for hangers and leave mentally redesigning your life with baskets, acrylic dividers, and a dangerous amount of optimism. If organization makes your heart flutter, bring a list, bring restraint, and maybe do not bring anyone who lacks respect for a beautifully categorized storage solution.

For example, the storage containers are about down to a third of what they used to carry/offer. The Christmas selection has also gone down to a third of what they used to carry. Some items were not marked with prices. I was looking at the food gift storage. There was a clearance secton in the back. Most recent visit- 12/5/25. We went after Texas De Brazil. This was disappointing.

Each room is chalked full of lost treasures and beloved memories of things left in the past. The owners have done an incredible job of making each space its own with items in similar categories: shoes, records, housewares, toys, boutique and more! We enjoyed our visit to Sherman's House of Antiques and made purchase of a beautiful antique mirrored tray. The owner and her husband have personally collected every item in this store which I find heartwarming as was she. I wish I had better photos of this incredible store, I only took pics to send to people I knew, things they might want- lol. I must return to showcase the beautiful treasures that fill this lovely store both indoor and out. Shermans House of Antiques offers large scale items including many things you won't find elsewhere. After walking through the store I had asked her if she by any chance had a lotus lamps or if she can direct me to which shop might have one. I was caught off guard by the response she gave. " did you walk around the shop and see all the lamps that we have?" In a very condescending tone can you describe it to me. Which I then responded I can show you a quick photo "oh no I don't have time to look at a photo just describe it to me. At that point I lost it and was not going to be talked down any further so I said never mind and walked away. Definitely ruined my day

Before the countertop replacement, my kitchen was fully functional. What made this experience so…read moredisappointing is that a major limitation was never clearly explained before I signed the contract. Throughout the entire sales process, Ivy (the salesperson) never informed us that we would need to separately hire a licensed plumber to reconnect the faucet, garbage disposal, drain, and water lines after the countertop was installed. We paid $1,300 in labor charges ($400 for demolition/removal of the old tile backsplash and $900 for countertop installation), only to be told by the technicians on installation day that they were not licensed to reconnect these items. We also purchased a new sink and faucet from the company as part of the project. However, the faucet could not even be installed because the hole cut into the countertop was too small for it to fit. This meant we were left with a brand-new faucet that could not be used until the countertop was modified. To make matters worse, the technicians damaged the wall while removing the old tile backsplash and told us they were not responsible for repairing the damage. After the incomplete installation, we contacted the company to express our concerns. Their response was simply that the countertop installation had been completed according to the agreed scope of work and the fee paid, and that plumbing and electrical work were not included. My biggest concern is not that plumbing work was excluded--it is that this was never clearly disclosed before we signed the contract. Had we been told in advance, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another installer. I also question the company's process. If the technicians are not licensed to reconnect the faucet, drain, garbage disposal, and water lines, how were they permitted to disconnect and remove those same components in the first place? If they were unable to complete the job, they should have made that clear before accepting the installation fee. In addition, if the company supplied the new faucet, why was the countertop hole cut too small for the faucet they sold us? I would have preferred to purchase only the countertop and hire my own installer rather than pay for an installation that left my kitchen unusable. I hope future customers carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions about exactly what the installation includes--and, more importantly, what it does not include. Don't assume the installation fee means your kitchen will be fully functional when the work is finished.

I had to go up and ask the woman about a countertop and she was rude like I was bothering her. I asked her about a specific countertop and she said nope we don't have that one anymore. Well, I guess I'm gonna get countertops and cabinets from somewhere else because this is not the place to go.
