Not the company it once was. My house is well built but our tree died. We payed an extra three hundred dollars to the tree supplier for an upgrade and the tree's leaves were dry and falling off only 6 months after it was planted. We contacted them by email with photos as soon as we noticed the leaves were drying out and they said the tree was still alive and needed more watering. We followed the supplier's watering instructions and the tree still died. Woodfield said that there's no warranty on the tree and it was not up to them to replace it and to take it up with the supplier, Alain Cayer. Alain has not replied to us. Alain also solicits to new owners for handyman jobs such as decks, interlocking, landscaping etc. He said that he's reasonable but his prices are high and his workmanship does not reflect his price. Fortunately we didn't loose too much money but it's the principal, I would have appreciated a reply from him but he's avoiding us. Buyer beware. read more
