The teller got ghetto with me, for simply asking why they couldn't cash my check. I then proceeded to inform her that if she couldn't tell me why, then I would like to close my accounts there. She rolled her eyes and tells me to go sit and wait for "Danielle", the manager. So I walk over to a large female manager named "Danielle", who refuses to close my account. She said they would just reopen when an automatic charge hit the card. So I told her not if I lock my cards, then she says, fine...come in Monday and we will close it. Enterprise,AL Regions branch is a joke. I will never use them again...save your time and bank elsewhere!

They still put a seven day hold so they can make money on our money they have done this to family members and now to me. I called them explaining they can verify the check and they still denied giving me my money for seven business days. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK I will be closing all my accounts including my business account. This bank has stopped caring about it's members.

Instead of staffing a bank with tellers, half the building is occupied by a coffee shop and only two people actually working the banking business. I had much better luck with Ally bank. This has got to be the worst place to finance an auto loan in the southeast. They are not charging me under 10% APR they are charging me 35% APR behind my back. I tried to refinance my auto loan and they wanted to raise my APR and my monthly payment after telling me they could get those two things down. I told them no after they wasted my time running my credit. A whole two weeks later I get woken out of bed on my only day off telling me they were going to go through with refinancing and I told them I'd denied it, and she said " Oh, I'm sorry let me cancel the application." This is a lawsuit, waiting to happen, and after over a decade with this credit union, I am considering switching credit unions. I have discovered that All In Credit Union is trying to see to it that you don't get your vehicle paid off for as long as possible. I will be refinancing my vehicle with another company. Considering my credit score is above a 700 I do not deserve paying all of this interest!

I was trying to make an online purchases, they sent/text me a verification code to verify it was me, I put the code in, and the card was declined. However, when I went to the Navy app to check my balance and transactions, they claimed the transaction went through. The transaction did NOT go through on my end or the airlines ends. When I called to dispute the $1700 transaction because it DIDN'T go through. They informed me it can take up to 120 days to get my money back. I don't have 120 days to fix YOUR screw up. I need to buy the tickets NOW. These people were NOT helpful when trying to correct their wrong doing. Back to All In I go. I highly recommend any other CU over these guys. I want to add: All In will replace any disputed funds back into your acct while they investigate. Navy refused to do that.
