It has been 6 months and we have spent over $14,000 on a double vault and you still have not held up your end of deal. My Uncle passed away in April and it is now October. We pay for his double vault at least a year in advance. We made all of these arrangements so it would be easier to deal with when he did pass away. It was all for nothing. I don't want to have to seek legal counsel but if this is not acknowledged and taken care of , I have no other recourse. I am tired of getting the run around and you not completing the job we paid for! Imagine if you had to continuously fight to honor your loved one. All we have is his final resting place and all that is there is an empty slab.

There was no tent or chairs for the family. The whole was barely 3.1 ft deep. There was plywood over the grave. My family had purchased a steel vault and told Restlawn and they said that's fine. When we got there they had taken away the steel vault and told my family they could only use a concrete vault and it had to be purchased through Restlawn. Also the headstone for my cousin would cost 400.00 to be placed if purchased somewhere else other than Restlawn by 12/31/2024 if it was going to be placed in 2025 it would cost 1500.00 That sounds fishy to me. What was disrespectful was that not 1 person was there from Restlawn to supervise and oversee the burial. What's sad is that my cousin sat in the back of the hearse with no place to go. We will be calling The Attorney Generals Office as well as the Better Business Bureau. ​​
