Well, my experience has been anything but stellar. I couldn't even get past the customer service part. I called 5 times in one week and was always sent to voicemail. I haven't received a call back. I emailed and received no response. I finally texted and I will let the screenshots speak for themselves. I am seriously wondering if this is a real store with real reviews. The delivery men arrived within the time frame. They were helpful and very kind. The man in charge, answered all my questions and even assisted me in moving another chair in order to place the new chair where I needed it. He kept reassuring me that they were there to help. I was so glad to find this company that can make customized sizes. Dennis was very patient in understanding my need and assisted me to get the right measurements. He's also very experienced and chose the right finish of the maple wood that match my son's bed perfectly. The wood quality of the bed rails and slats are of supreme quality.
