I spent over two hours inspecting the chair and did purchase it. Once I purchased the chair, I requested they deliver and set up my chair. The day of delivery, it had snowed the previous night. The delivery men arrived within the time frame. They were helpful and very kind. The man in charge, answered all my questions and even assisted me in moving another chair in order to place the new chair where I needed it. He kept reassuring me that they were there to help. He plugged the chair in, once it was put together and went over all the different functions. I Strongly recommend this business and will definitely use them with any future needs. That's the situation here. They delivered a crate and left in driveway of house. Never set expectation that this was not going to be brought inside. It also needs to be put together. If I wanted to put together furniture I'd have ordered from IKEA. Response from company was basically it was your fault and it is what it is. We will take it back and your expense plus 20% restocking fee. So brutal. Plenty of other reputable furniture manufacturers out there that appreciate their customers. Well, my experience has been anything but stellar. I couldn't even get past the customer service part. I called 5 times in one week and was always sent to voicemail. I haven't received a call back. I emailed and received no response. I finally texted and I will let the screenshots speak for themselves. I am seriously wondering if this is a real store with real reviews. We all know how google reviews are. I feel I wasted so much time. I am sure there are other great family-owned furniture stores that are more worth your time. I don't recommend this store at all.

Impressively, for as nice as the stuff is, their prices are really quite reasonable. We have purchased several smaller decor items from them over the years, as well as a few larger pieces - and the service is always top notch. All of the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful... but they also don't hover. They let you enjoy the store in peace, and are always available if you need help. Another rare gem in State College that we're lucky to have!
