It is now October 31st and it still is not done! And since they only work 3-5 hours at a time, with 3 or 4 breaks in between, it may be another week or more before it is finally finished. The man over them has had to be called 3 times to come out and light a fire under them. They worked 1 8 hour shift then went back to the 3-5 hours. The work is shoddy as hell. It's uneven and the lines are crooked. Even the customers notice. If it had been up to me, they would have been fired by the 3rd week!

But, he took the time and effort to properly prepare the house by scraping, sanding, sealing and priming before painting. For the trim, he suggested using a low-gloss enamel instead of a stain (which the home builder had used). I am very pleased with the results! The new paint should last much longer than the original did. He charged reasonable rates, requesting only partial payments as the work progressed. Jim is an honest, hard-working contractor who can be trusted to do a great job. Highly recommended!

I hired them in June 2020 to erect a covered horseback riding arena, a project they assured me they had the experience and expertise to do, citing the work they had done for the King County Posse as one example. Once hired, they asked for a large amount of up-front money but fully believing they were acting in good faith, I provided it, partly because the building kit was fairly expensive. As they began installing the foundation forms - which required approximately 6 trucks worth of concrete - I was concerned that the forms appeared to be weakly assembled with poor bracing. After the forms were finished, the builder did not follow the engineered plans of a 28 day concrete cure. He waited a few days and then started to raise the columns. When they tried to connect the roof bracing, it was clear the footings were in the wrong location. None of the 8 footings were square, level or plumb (being as much as 1 to 2 feet out of square and 4" out of level). A laser level was on the property and I was assured by both owners it was used. At the point the error was detectable, the partner overseeing the construction - Mr. Guthrie, who operates out of Monroe, WA - simply disappeared from the worksite and could no longer be reached. The other partner, Mr. Andersen, explained he and Mr. Guthrie had severed ties but that he intended to finish the project and "make everything right". We then held a friendly meeting with Mr. Andersen about what needed to be done to rectify the problem, and then offered him several options for proceeding. Mr. Andersen expressed appreciation for what he felt was exceedingly fair and patient treatment we were giving under the circumstances. Several days later we contacted Mr. Andersen and he informed us that he did not have the expertise to continue. He has left us with 15,000 sq ft of torn up project area, several crookedly standing steel columns and 8 concrete foundations and pedestals all out of square, not level or plumb. That was 3 months ago. We are now forced to spend a great deal more money to first, rectify the foundational mistakes made by Triton Pacific Construction LLC and then, proceed with our project. I have been in communication with 2 other people who have hired Triton Pacific Construction LLC, and paid them considerable deposits for their projects up front for securing the labor and materials. As of the writing of this review, both have told me they've heard nothing further from the company. In short, I should have never hired Triton Pacific Construction LLC and I would strongly recommend avoiding doing any business with them.
