So my husband ordered an arrangement close to a month prior to the date of delivery(1/18/19 to be exact) He had the flower arrangement delivered to my office for V-day, wasn't delivered at the time he requested which is understandable due to the high volume of deliveries as expected. Came home with the arrangement, husband saw and asked "whose are those?" I answered "mine from you, duh" Hubby said "that's not what I ordered and where are the chocolates?" I told him this was what was delivered while I was out to lunch. Husband called the following day and was told by Frank that they ran out of the vase so to rectify the issue he would credit for another arrangement. My issue is this was ordered almost a month in advance so the "vase/chocolates" should have been set aside since one of the florists told him "you're our first order for Valentines Day" Not to mention the arrangement wasn't even close to what was ordered and no chocolates! If the order wasn't able to be fulfilled as requested a "courtesy call" should have been placed to my husband to see what could be substituted from that point. If there was a 0 star option you bet I would be choosing that! Frank, sorry to say your solution to my husbands issue just isn't good enough. My cousin lives in Temple,Tx and was turning 60 on Sat. May 2nd. We were supposed to fly in to celebrate but couldn't because of Covid 19. I decided to call a " local" florist instead of my usual FTD or 1-800 Flowers. I called them on Monday and they said it would deliver on Sat. I wanted to support a local business. Flowers were not delivered on Sat, her birthday. I called on Sunday and a gentleman answered. He found my order but it was never sent. He apologies and said he would send it on Monday with their apology. I just called my cousin. The flowers were not delivered today, either. Shame on them. read more

I ordered flowers for a Mom of a newborn baby, selected the arrangement from THEIR website only to be told that they do not have what is posted on the website and do not carry the other newborn baby arrangement options. The arrangement I thought I could order was $65 (had a really cute BABY square vase) but when told that one wasn't available they said they could do pink flowers in a pink vase and charged $75. I ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday from Kremp.com. I guess they sourced this order through Woods Flowers. I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement that was sent to my mom. It looked nothing like the photo online and was much smaller in size. The arrangement looked like something you could purchase at HEB. Definitely not worth the $90 spent. read more

Wood's flowers did an excellent job of helping me complete an order by phone. I was able to call while in San Antonio to send flowers to my gfs work in temple. I loved how while trying to find the address for the clinic, all I had to say was, "it's by the Big Lots." And they knew exactly where I was talking about! Super friendly and easy. This flower shop is awesome! I picked up my white wedding bouquet the day before our ceremony and placed them in my fridge overnight. Apparently, a portion of them got too cold and turned brown and wilted, but Woods kindly replaced the wilted with fresh ones and saved the day! read more

This is a nice little flower shop on 1st St. I stopped by here to pick up some flowers as a thank you gift for my friend and his wife. it was just after Valentine's Day and they were a little backed up with orders, however the lady there was very kind and worked with me to set up a pick up date for a bouquet. I chose a collection from the catalog they have, and luckily all of those flowers came in with their shipment the next day. Overall their price is reasonable and their arrangements and customer service is really good. I would personally buy a flower arrangement from here again, despite probably being able to find something less expensive online, simply to support a local business and because I like to see an arrangement personally before ordering. read more

I rated this flower shop a 1 star because I couldn't rate it a 0. I ordered flowers for my sister a week before Valentine's and Quency assured me the order was being taken care of. I never heard from my sister about the flowers so I called the florist and they said yes it had been delivered. I contacted my sister afterwards and she said she never received the flowers. I called the florist back and told her my sister did not receive the flowers. This was the Friday after Valentine's day. The woman said she would tell the delivery driver on Monday (REALLY!?? I have to wait till Monday??). She gave no explanation, did not offer to make things right, did not say that they would send flowers out now or anything. Sad that they have so little respect and then don't know how to make it better. They must really be disorganized or just don't care about their customers. I will never order from them again and I recommend you don't either! There's got to be a better place (a reliable place) to get flowers in Temple, Texas!! read more

the man in charge of this business is one of the most rude people I have ever had to deal with. I am not going to bore with all the details, but a delivery person working for them woke me banging on the door like my house was on fire. before I got to the door, he rang the doorbell seven or eight times. I swear I thought my neighbors were trying to wake me for a life or death problem. and by the way, I work from 11pm to 7 am. when I finally called the shop to complain, the man heard my address and started saying," you gave us the wrong address.... we would have been there already" etc. he said this three or four times rather rudely before he finally heard me telling him to stop. I told him my problem and he said " ok". and I said he should talk to this guy and by the way, you are fairly rude yourself. his response was, " ok, ok, ok, what do you want me to do?" I suggested that he listen better and reminded him that I was to be treated as a customer. he replied, "yeah, yeah, yeah, and?" I hung up. I will not buy flowers from this person if my own mother dies, God forbid. this is provincial temple at it's worst. I want to puke. read more

I am truly at a loss. If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a gift basket today for the family of a man who is in critical condition in the Scott & White Memorial Hospital ICU in Temple, TX. I paid extra to have it delivered the same day, guaranteed within four hours of the order being placed. After six hours it still had not been delivered. No one called me to explain the delay. I called the florist and was told: 1. "There are 4000 beds in that hospital and I have to have a room number." I advised that my order included the room number and the hospital tower address. It was on my receipt. 2. "Well, we can't deliver to ICU. It's hospital policy." I advised them that I'd already spoken to the hospital supervisor to confirm that deliveries can indeed be accepted in the ICU. In fact, the supervisor said she would meet the delivery person at the front desk to personally take it to ICU on my behalf. They still refused, even after having taken my money for an expedited order and then never calling me to report their previously stated concerns. 3. "We've already been to that side of town today. I'm not going back." This man's family has not left his side for five days. He is fighting for his life. A small gesture of kindness in the form of a gift basket would have meant the world to them.
